Apartments Kairos - Bili 9 sells fast on our site. Just 300 feet from a sandy beach and local amenities, Kairos Apartments are newly built, and have a quiet setting. Each has a kitchen, washing machine and balcony. Outside is a fully equipped barbecue facility.
The one-bedroom apartments feature an open-plan kitchen and lounge, complete with a TV, dining area and sofa bed. Each is air conditioned and has a bathroom and bedroom with king bed.
A bar, restaurant, pizzeria and grocery store are also about 300 feet away, for groceries and eating out. Resnik Sports Center is 650 feet away.
Buses to Split and Trogir stop at a local bus station, about 650 feet from Kairos Apartments. The center of Trogir is 3 miles away. Split Airport is just half a mile away and a shuttle can be arranged.

Review 1：We had a warm welcome by the host. The apartment was clean, nice and very comfortable; air conditioned, wifi and cable TV included. Located near the Split airport you can also enjoy a little quiet rocky beach at 3' on foot. There are restaurants and market at 10' walking. It is connected to Split by bus. The host offered to drive us to the airport.
Review 2：Peter and his family were great hosts. Communication with Peter was fantastic, he replied so fast to every email I sent. The apartment is so close to Split city, Trogir and the airport. Public transport is so close to the apartment that it is easy to go from there to different places. The place was really clean and comfortable. It was a good experience.

Review 7：We stayed 9 night at Kairos Bili - 9, it was relaxing and cozy. The beach was close (5 min walk) and the panorama from there is beautiful, you can see the sea and the mountains together and the nearest cities like Split, Slatine). Not sandy beach but you can buy water shoes from the nearest shop (called Ribola) for just 50 kuna and the rocks will not bother you. If you want sandy beach you can go to Split there is a sandy beach called Bacvice (you find parking place near the beach for 4 kuna/hour). The apartments are good, equipped with air condition, wash machine etc. no airplane traffic at night so you can sleep like a baby. Wifi is strong and fast (500kB/s + ). Kaufland, Lidl is close if you have a car and you can buy food and drinks from there. The owner, Peter, is very friendly, he speak english and can give you all the information what you need. We had almost every day a small gift like fruits or wine. Thank you Peter!
Review 8：Very comfortable location - 200 meters to the perfect beach with clean water. Large parking. All facilities for living (boiler, washing machine, free WI-FI, air conditioning, heater in the bathroom, kitchen utensils, TV, mosquito net on the windows) are available for you. The house owner Peter is a very kind, generous, sincere and sociable man, always ready to help. Our family recommends this apartments for everyone!:)
Review 9：Pick up from the Torgir bus station was great! Strong WiFi. Newish apartment with quiet location and clean rooms. Wonderful hospitality! The owner offered even free welcome refreshment! Good advices from the owner about the surroundings, public transportation, restaurants, market etc. Nice beach nearby. Location near airport. Good for early departures. Nearest bus stop less than 5 minutes away.
Review 10：We booked just one night because we were leaving very early from the airport, two minutes away. But this cozy, up-to-date apartment would be perfect for a week or more, as it is within easy driving (or bussing) distance to Trogir and Split and walking distance from the charming, quaint beaches of the Kastel region. Very cute and friendly cats, too.
Review 11：The bed was the hardest I have ever tgried to sleep on. It really needs to be changed for something more comfortable. If more comfortable, I would be more likely to recommend to others. Also the couch in the lounge. When we arrived, there was no-one there and no notice to advise of checking in time. This could be improved.

Review 21：Chose this place for proximity to the Split Airport as we flew out very early following morning. The owner was extremely welcoming and friendly, took personal interest in making sure we were happy and comfortable, even arranged for a reliable local driver to take us to the airport the next morning so we didn't have to worry about a no-show taxi at 6 am. Other guests were there for vacation, the building is secluded from the street, very quiet and pretty spot with trees, bbq, patio outside door, close to beach. Would definitely stay there again, we felt very much at home. The owner now feels like a friend.

Review 23：The owner was very friendly and really helpful. I was alone with two small kids and he advised the nice place to eat, ordered the taxi for our early flight and even answered my late sms. The apartment has everything you need including first aid set and antimosquito spiral though I didn't see any insects. I like the windows - the noise from airport was totally blocked.

We chose the apartment for our last night as we had an early flight to catch. The walk to the airport is 15 min along a road without pavements.Definitely value for money.
Review 58：We stayed just one night, but we had a very good stay at Kairos: clean room, basic kitchen and barbecue outside. The host, Peter, even though not fluent in English was very friendly and welcomed us with fresh cold beer. He gave us tips to spend our last hours in Croatia and was all in all a great company. Trogir is just a few bus stops away and is definitely a must see, charming old city. The apartment is just 1km away from the airport, perfect for an early flight - though it's not possible to walk. The bus stop is right in front of the yard and goes every 20 minutes, however you have a great chance to be picked up by a shuttle minivan (or a local enthousiast) which brings you there even cheaper :) We can imagine it's even nice to spend more than one night there.
Review 59：Not much in the near area in terms of food and drink. There is a good and cheap restaurant about 1 km down the road but you have to walk on busy main road which has no pavement. There is a small fast food outlet on the way. The supermarket is in the same place and there is no bar of any description close by. We were happy to buy in and keep in the fridge. The area is a bit scruffy compared to some but it is being developed slowly for small hotels and guest house clents.
Review 60：Very close to airport but very little aircraft noise. Small apartment but had everything we needed for a short stay. Petar welcomed us with a bottle of beer and showed us around. Very friendly guy. We walked to the airport along the main road. Beaches nearby are quite nice, very clean water. Be sure to go to the left and even better if you go on past the hotel. Great value for a pre or post airport stopover.
