Review 1：The table place mats in the unit were well past there useby date - worn and lacked the brightness of everything else. The black cutting board was also very old, worn and certainly would not pass the hygene test in any kitchen The sink waste fitting had the chrome replaced with rust and again not needed replacing. Behind the bathroom door was badly marked. We wiped off the finger marks and dirt but some of the paintwork needed touching up. Someone has had the grill on with the door closed judging by the scorch marks visible when you open the grill door

Review 2：The view, the pool and ease of access to the beach and good takeaway food locally. The sea breeze was great and magnified when the unit entry door was opened. (Could do with a security door to allow the breeze to flow thru more often.)

Review 3：Great location for S.U.P, windsurfers and boaties that is quiet with excellent views; front to pumicestone passage and ocean with rear to glasshouse mountains. Spacious apartment with pleasant cross flow sea breezes. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Very friendly, helpful staff who also aided a padlocked parking spot at rear of property for a jet ski. We will be back.

Review 4：The general cleanliness was good, just needed a more thorough clean- eg curtains. When we first arrived at unit there was a distinct 'doggy smell'. Very disappointed with that.

Review 10：Another guest got upset at kids splashing in pool, this guest was a bit of a stick in the mud. This wasn't the fault of Gemini or their staff thou.

Review 11：Room was gorgeous. Rooms have everything you need for your stay. Pool excellent. Great for families. Right on beach front.

Review 12：Having to beg a cleaner for toilet paper. Didnt even have a full role in the room. Should always have a spare role in the the bathroom cuboards! Limited toilet paper is not a classy place.

Review 16：Only bad thing was our room wasn't ready for us. I had rung during the week to ask if we could check in earlier & they said no, not until 2pm as guests were checking out. on arriving at our room just before 2pm the house maid said the room wouldn't be ready till 2-30pm. The manager came up & helped her finish the room.

Review 17：My husband & I & my daughter, her husband & 2 young children stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. We stayed here a lot when our daughters were little so chose to go back for our daughters 30th Birthday. Gemini is still a great place to stay in a great location with excellent facilities. Love it.

Review 19：We had a tenth floor unit, it was beautiful! The resort is right on the beach, the water is so close, it feels like you are on a Cruise Ship! We will be back.

Review 24：We liked the location - central to everything. The Staff were fantastic - very helpful and friendly which made us feel so very welcomed. We also agreed that room that we had was the best spot we could ever asked for - up high enough to have fantastic views! Thank you so very much for making our few days in Caloundra a rememberable stay! We will definitely be staying here again!

Review 33：Smell of sewerage in carpark. Gemini advertises as having a restaurant. This was closed which was very disappointing as we were hoping to stay somewhere with a restaurant. Staff could have advised this prior to confirming our booking.

Review 35：The Gemini is going through a big refit so work started at 7:30am till after 6pm even though there was signs promising no noise before 9am and only till 5pm. Main water supplied off on 2 occasions during visit. Workmen parked in allocated park spaces plus secure parking area left open so anybody could get in which resulted in cars having property being stole from them.

Review 36：Tried to telephone the resort for 2 days without success. They need an answering machine. Only when contacting Booking.com did we get response. Tradespeople were jackhammering at 8 am in the morning.

Review 39：Stayed in a 2BR apartment with gorgeous ocean views. Apartment was huge including a great balcony to have a quiet beer while watching activity on the water. Great underground parking as well.

Review 40：Supplies like tea bags, toilet paper, etc. were very limited when we asked for extra tea bags we were offered 2, they begrudgingly gave us 6 & said we wont charge you this time. The apartment had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 guests for 4 days & when we asked for an extra roll we were charged $1. We were there for a wedding & when we asked other wedding guests staying elsewhere at Caloundra & Brisbane if they had experience this type of stinginess were they were staying they said no. We have not experienced it elsewhere either and it really did take the shine off what was an otherwise lovely stay.

Review 48：We had a great view from our 8th floor apartment. The staff went out of their way to help when we realized the fridge was not working even bringing up a replacement from another unit.

Review 49：The wifi was slow and at times no connection. The parking spot was hard to get car into.

Review 50：We liked the children's pool, the layout of apartment was good. Plenty of room to relax and open plan. We like the sheltered beach close by, walking paths and playgrounds and close to all shops and take aways. Staff were friendly. Nice Nepalese restaurant downstairs- discount if staying at hotel. We would go back again.

Review 51：I didn't like the mould and hair left in the shower from previous tennants . Especially when there were notes on the walls telling us to make sure everything was to be left pretty much clean or we would pay an extra $50 for extra cleaning . My pet hate ( mould in showers)

Review 53：There was no 24 hour reception, but emergency contact numbers. Coming back on my own one night I did feel nervous. To ring any an emergency number would have been easier if an emergency phone had been available. For using the phone in the room 1$ plus per minute was way too high while charging for the internet.

Review 54：Hotel being on the beach was perfect, being English and fair I can only stay in the sun for short periods at a time. Using the hotels kyacks was great fun as was the pool.

Review 56：For the money you pay you expect the resort to have aircon in the bedrooms. It was 28 degrees at midnight and most of the night and with two kids under 3 and a pregnant wife we had to move mattresses to the lounge area so we could et cool under the air con. For the amount of money you pay you expect to not have to do this. We left our holiday exhausted as we didn't get the kids to sleep until very late having to all sleep in the one room.

Review 58：Half day Kayak hire for $15 - who wouldn't like that? Fantastic views with ships passing close by every day and plenty of time for fishing. Peace and quiet so close to the town centre

Small change but a huge plus and attraction for people booking - would be a small change to your routines but would be extremely attractive to potential customers - good investment and sets the tone for the entire stay.

Review 65：The family room was supposed to have 3 rooms but the third room was a section With a curtain and the accommodation was very run down. Staff were unable or unwilling to do anything, there was also no internet.

Review 66：Pre used toilet rolls and running out, four people five days two used rolls , having to ask for more and getting the third degree and denial by staff that rolls weren't used and were new. We got our toilet rolls replenished after a bit of fuss, very annoying. Wifi was terrible unavailable and troubles whole time. Kettle leaked so badly, dangerous. We requested new one, this was done after a phone call. Fan in kids room didn't work. Was fixed after two days. Carpet stained and apartment smelled. Shower screen had huge gap in it and leaked everywhere in bathroom, needed gumboots to go to toilet. Apartment needs paint, new carpet and bathrooms renovated . Smell from restaurant below terrible.

Review 68：Big problem with insects. NO SCREENS, (Only in 2nd bedroom)bugs & beetles everywhere. Had to close all windows & doors. Very hot & humid, only 1 split system aircon in living area. Difficulty getting bags and wheelchair through unit door as no door catch fitted to hold open.

Kayaks you have to get yourself out of the locked cages in carpark and then drag up flight of stairs to beach...very difficult. Awful smell constantly in lift and foyer area I think from nepalese restaurant ?

Review 84：It's not an easy walk to the nearest coffee. And it's drginatrog a drive to the nearest restaurant/cafés. Also, you'll need to get your own TP if staying more than a night or two!

Review 85：The facilities and location are good: heated shallow pool, and a bigger deeper pool. Heated indoor and outdoor spas and a sauna. And with the beach only 30 meters away with no need to cross a road it's greet for younger family members.
