Review 15：Slow and not service minded staff - although only 10% of rooms were occupied. The pool is falling apart - quarry tiles all over the pool floor. And finally they cheated us for 4500 rp on check-out. Have travelled 8 times to India and stayed in many many hotels (all classes) - this was one of the worst. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Review 25：Staff were so friendly and prepared to go the extra mile for you - baked us a cake on India Independence Day! The manager also gave us a great rate when we said we'd like to stay an extra day. Lovely swimming pool and also nice to have a (small) gym.
