Review 1：As we were two ladies on a walking holiday we would have appreciated a full length mirror in the bedroom as there was only a small one in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have had soap. We had rad that breakfast was a disappointment to some on the internet but actually the breakfast was good with wonderful boiled eggs each morning.

Review 2：the location was brilliant and having the spa/pool opposite which was free was a great added bonus. Also the restaurant in the spa was very good. We really enjoyed Fuschl and the pizzeria was amazing with a fantastic location to enjoy the sun setting.

Review 6：We were travelling with our 4-year-old and so were really pleased with the pool complex and village play park being only seconds away from the hotel. The wifi was good, balcony view was beautiful, rooms very clean and tidied well each day. Very quiet too. Although its a shared terrace, we were never disturbed by other guests.

Review 10：We were met by Monica the owner who immediately showed us to our room. Perfect location 50 metres from the bus stop to go to Salzburg or the other lakes. Perfect view from balcony onto the lake. Excellent breakfast included

Review 13：Things like toiletries and a hairdryer were available but you had to ask for them. Breakfasts were OK if a little boring in as much as they were the same every day. With a stay of 7 nights they became repetitive

Review 15：requested lower floors for 3 seniors. Assigned rooms were on the upper floors - no elevator even so reservation was made 3 months before. Owner was unfriendly! Breakfast food was difficult to get to - only one person at a time could fit between two narrow counters.

Review 16：Contact from the hotel prior to arrival was extremely poor. We were contacted via email requesting a bank transfer for the deposit and received no contact after this to state they had received the money, despite me sending numerous emails asking. Noise within the hotel travels, we could hear people running baths, getting in and out of baths and banging of doors. We stayed for 8 nights and the bedding wasn't changed, we know this because there was a small hole in the centre of the mattress sheet. The breakfast was very limited in choice. A warm breakfast would have been preferred, all that was on offer was a cold breakfast with limited options. WiFi... I had to lie on the floor with my phone on the floor in the bedroom to get just one bar of WiFi signal. I got more signal at the top of a mountain down the road in St Gilgen than I got in my hotel room. I think the breakfast and the WiFi are the things that should be addressed more than anything else.

Review 17：The area is stunning, Fuschl is a beautiful little Austrian Town. Access to the Fuschlseebad as part of staying with the hotel is fantastic and would be a nice place to take kids. Our room had a lovely view of the lake. The family are very nice I just feel it needs a few tweaks.

Review 18：Very very poor inernet connection in the 2nd and 3rd floor. You have to go downstairs for connection.Breakfast is repetative. Not much to do in the village in case of bad weather...

The town is small but there are lots of things to see and do within a 40 minute car or bus ride. Salzburg is only 40 minutes on the bus. We would have no hesitation in staying there again. Review 37：The only minor 'gripe' was that their are no kettles allowed orprovided in the room for insurance purposes. As the cafe next door shutsat 6pm this means a walk to the Hotel about 5 mins away if you want ahot drink before bed. Not much fun in bad weather or after a Long hikewhen you just want a shower and bed - would be helpful if kettle couldbe available for such circumstances - maybe in public area near frontdesk? Good Internet Access downstairs and on the terrace (not in roombut this is clearly noted when booking if like me you Need to check workemails etc as up and down stairs a lot!) a really relaxing and friendlyplace to stay would definitely recommend and use again

Fabulous Location opposite the Swimming pooland given a free pool pass if staying for more than a few days. Get offat the strand stop for the Pension as it is only a couple of minuteswalk away although the Shops are a bit further - 5 mins walk. Good size,quiet, spotless room with great view of lake - cleaned remarkablyquickly and efficiently whenever I had breakfast! Recommended
