Review 1：The picture showing the site is excellence but its horrible the reality,there where no water coming in to the pips,they keeps big drum in the bathrooms we have to collect the water, Absolutely waist of money .

Review 3：It was raining when I arrived and the room that I was given was filled with water coming through the windows. I called the room service and a woman without any uniform, very poorly dressed, bare footed walked in and wiped the floor with a dirty cloth use to wipe the floors outside. She told me this is a regular thing and everytime it rains it will keep causing water to come in. Another problem I faced is that when I arrived, I was given the room in the 7th floor. room number 703. There was no electricity and I was told that I have to climb to the seventh floor. I was in the room without electricity for 45 minutes. The hotel should have had a back up generator or inverter.The bell boy was supposedly a slum boy who was working and again was dressed poorly and would not leave the room till I tipped him. The hotel employs poor staff from the slums which is not a problem but they are not concerned about making them follow occupational health and safety procedures. The women sweeping and wiping the floors with their bare hands with cloths and bare feet was totally unacceptable. the couch in the living room was stained and dirty.

Review 4：Did not like anything. I booked the place for two nights and Checked out the same day I booked in and moved to another hotel.

Review 5：The property is not as shown in the picture. I was made at a flat in a residential complex, where I have to use the common bathroom since there were other guest in the other room. Pay 2500 and staying in such apartment is at most waste of money.

Review 7：Difficult to locate the apartment. No signboards/banners. I called continuously on the mobile number given in Booking.com, but nobody responded, when I was struggling to locate the apartment. Room was not ready at 1300 hrs when I reached the reception. Room service is costly. Small geyser.

Review 8：Nice apartment. Good views. Well ventilated. Kitchen has a small refrigerator & oven. When asked, they gave some utensils and milk. Staff behaved well.
