Review 1：Cleaning. The only flaw. The room wasn't really dirty, but we couldsee a little dust, especially in the corners. As we observed, everydaycleaning consisted mainly of tidying our beds. Towels and sheets werechanged at most 1-2 times during the week. Some days the maiddidn't even clear the waste basket or didn't take empty bottleswhich we had put nearby. Moreover, when we arrived the toilet wasshockingly unclean.EQUIPMENT. Not a huge problem, basically the room is well-equipted. We had problems only with kitchenette. There was no dishwashing liquid and a sponge - we had to ask for them. No electric kettle. The hosts suggested to borrow theirs which was nice of them but not a really good way to get your cup of tea every morning. So we had to boil water in a small cesve. Also there was no solid knife, only a small bread knife, and no cutting board, so it was pretty difficult to make Greek salad twice a day :) Except for this details, the room was quite comfortable for us. It's pretty wide, all necessary furniture is there, the beds are splendid. The shower is ok (and it has a curtain - very rare thing in Greek hotels!) Very nice balcony to have your meal there or enjoy evening coolness with a glass of wine (but beware of mosqitoes!)

Review 2：Location. Located not really in Neos-Marmaras, but in the suburbs,Paradeisos, which is much better: it is very quiet and restful place,the beach is just 10 metres from the hotel. No kidding! Instead ofclimbling up and down the hills of Neos Marmaras you just go across theroad.The beach is clean, always lots of free place. The hotel provides2 chaise-longues for each room. Paradeisos lies among the bay, so thesea is quiet and warm throughout the day. Perfectly clean water withsandy bottom, splendid sunset sights! Of course, you won't see pubsand party clubs in Paradeisos. There are only nice tavernas withtraditional food every 50-100 metres. The highway is just a 3 minutewalk from the hotel - you can get there a bus to Thessaloniki (theregoes 3 buses a day). Just near the bus stop there are a Carrefour storeand a few small shops.SERVICE. This is a family hotel managed by Regos family of 3 persons. They care about their reputation so they are VERY friendly, attentive and helpful towards the visiters. You get a feeling as if you're visiting your friends. For example, we saw two bikes in the yard and asked if we can rent them. They fixed and cleaned the bikes for us in a few hours and provided them for reasonable price (3 times cheaper than in a bike rental in Neos Marmaras). Another day we wanted to go to Ormos Panagias to take a cruise around Mt. Athos. There is 25 km distance with no straight buses, so Father Regos suggested to take us by his car - also much cheaper than it would be by taxi. When we were leaving, it was raining, so they helped us with a free car transfer to a bus stop. I can just say - thank you for everything! (A small warning: don't arrive to the hotel in the afternoon. They have siesta so you won't be able to check-in until 5.30 pm)

Review 3：In one of the most amazing beaches in Chalkidiki. Located on the seafront. During the whole stay I had excellent service. Lovely rooms. Comfortable and clean. Perfect WiFI connection.Owners lovely people. A lovely friendly atmosphere ideal for relaxation.

Review 4：I like the owners of the place. They were very kind. The hotel is beautifule. Next to the sea. Apartments has very big terraces and you can look at the sea all day. Everything was very clean and also working properly.
