Review 12:Nice location right off highway. Great shower, great parking, friendly owners, good breakfast, good wifi
Review 13:Gentleman who greeted me was very friendly. Room and bed were very clean and comfortable. It was a cold evening, despite it being July, and the heating was on in my room, made it cosy and welcoming.
Review 14:We had a room upstairs so a little hard to get the suitcases up the stairs. Although on the edge of town this wasn't a problem as the host Larry offered to drive us in to the local pub.
Review 15:Very clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Larry and his family were very pleasant and offered great service.
Review 16:we had to change rooms because the toilet was very hard to flush. Also inside the walls, there was an audible gurgling noise from the water refresh tank in the attic. Also because we were on the top floor, the wifi connection was very weak.
Review 17:the breakfast was very good, and Larry is a gracious and pleasant host.
Review 18:Some traffic noise during the night.
Review 19:Easy access from Dublin airport, Good parking facility and walking distance from the nearby restaurant which serves a first class Irish coffee.

Review 23:Bed not comfortable, pillows all hard, thin walls....snoring from man next door woke me up and kept me awake for 2 hours.
Review 24:Very nice hosts, very helpful with directions. Big bathroom.
Review 25:The location of the property made to very easy to locate. My room was large and spotless and the facilities excellent. Breakfast was very good and freshly made. Would have no hesitation in returning.
Review 26:I found the pillows were too hard, in response to that question in the morning, the lady of house told me that most guests like them. I noted in the info for guests that a cup of tea is provided on arrival, it would have been very welcome but I wasn't offered any neither was there facilities to make cup in bedroom.
Review 27:warm and comfortable bedroom with large bathroom with bath. Very friendly proprietor Larry who helped with suggestions for restaurant nearly. Comfortable breakfast room with lots of car parking at rear of house. Well signposted off main road.
Review 28:Very comfortable, spacious rooms.spotlessly clean.great value for money.Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.Perfect if you are attending a wedding at Mullingar Park Hotel, as we were.

Review 31:Barbara & Larry were fantastic, friendly & attentive hosts. Made us feel so at home. Lovely comfortable bedroom & use of a spacious kitchen & lounge. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Great choice of food at breakfast and beautifully cooked. We loved our stay & didn't want to leave!
Review 32:Just the pillow on the bed... i think it was memory foam & just was too hard for me. There could have been spare pillows but i never checked.

Review 34:The service from the staff was the best. They couldn't do enough for you. As I wasn't from the area, they could tell me where to get off the bus, where the amenities were and even offered me a lift in the morning to where I was heading. The place is exceptional. Facilities were fantastic, clean, neat & tidy. The bed was comfy & gave me one of the best nights sleep in a long time. Breakfast was also top class! Will certainly be number one next time I'm in Mullingar!
Review 35:Nothing. It was perfect.
Review 36:Barbara and Larry are fantastic people. We arrived thr day prior to our scheduled booking because I made an error and when we called them, they rushed away from a restaurant where they were dining to greet and accomodate us. It was only after we called to tell them that we had arrived, did I realize my mistake and profusely apologized when they got to the B&B. Our original rooms (2 adults and 4 kids) were not ready but they had three other rooms available and allowed us to stay there. They have us a fantastic recommendation for dinner (Grenville Hotel) where we enjoyed a fantastic meal and enjoyed the music. We slept great as the rooms were immaculate and in excellent condition. The next morning we had a fantastic breakfast and chatted with Barbara before we had to depart. She and her husband could not have been any nicer and it was the very best way we could have spent our final night in Ireland after 16 days. It is obvious that Barbara and Larry have been doing this for a long time as everything had its place and was quite professional.
Review 37:Barbara called us to make sure we could find the location. Larry greeted us. They even gave us a thermos of milk and some dry cereal and fresh fruit the night before checking out because we had an early morning flight and were going to miss the hot breakfast in the morning. Room was very nice, and the bathroom was large. Bed was comfortable.
