Should be : refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, microwave, kitchenette\kitchen - not exists. Photos differ from reality - got another room. Avoid.

Review 14：It is possible that our bad experience with this hotel could be the one in a million but we think not. We were a husband and wife team staying for 4 nights to produce and photo/video document an event. We chose this hotel for its location and for their claims that they spoke English and German. Of the 10 hotels we stayed on this European trip and in the 15 years I have traveled in this area of the world I have never had such a poor stay in a hotel. We found that most if not all of the claims made on Bookings.com for this hotel were misrepresented.The issues we experienced were:• There is no hotel staff, it is managed by the adjoining restaurant.• During our four- day stay it became apparent that none of the restaurant staff had a full understanding of English or German.• Since the management (such as it was) was left to the restaurant staff this meant that you had to wait for the wait staff to assist you while he/she was tending to diners in the restaurant.• The first room we were shown was incredibly small and the lock on the door used a skeleton key. The room we eventually moved into was spacious but had bed linens for one guest only and no towels. It had very little light in fact, one of the light fixtures in the sitting area was broken and dangling from exposed wires off the wall. The other two lamps in the room had no light bulbs. At night we were virtually in the dark. We had to use flashlights. Light bulbs arrived on the afternoon our last day there.• The breakfast they provided was so poor a powdered orange drink substituted for orange juice, the rolls were not fresh, The coffee was very weak and no one was around to refill the pot.• The advertised WiFi was extremely slow and spotty. We were forced to use our phone to create a local Hotspot.• THERE WAS NO TOILET PAPER midway through our stay.

Review 33：The hotel is on a cafe run by the same owners, so the breakfast is served in the cafe. It is not so good but OK. The hotel part is fantastic and my room is so big and beautiful. I recommend everyone if you go there. For dinner you have to try the vegetarian pizza, it was perfect.

Review 38：1. I never like it when there is a TV on in a reception or restaurant with a "music" channel playing at >60.000 dB. 2. The girl in the reception spoke neither acceptable German nor any English. 3.She didn't know to handle the check-in procedure. When the receipt was a bit wrinkled they had to be two persons to settle the problem. That took 18 min while I had to wait for the coffee I ordered at the same time as when I payed for my room (there was a coffee machine on the same desk). IF they had been any bit professional they had served me the coffee and than settled their problem afterwards. When they had finished it, the girl gave me a bill to sign. I handed it over to her but it then showed this was a paper I should have!! I hadn't asked for more than a receipt, and why should I sign my own paper??? She could of course not answer, just looked like she didn't understand anything - which was apparently the case.
