Review 1：not a nice location, small room, noisy mosque, a tarp on the window flapped in the wind and blocked sunlight really messing with my jet lag!fair

Review 3：The bedsheet and comforter quite dissappointing. Plus, they did not provide enough towel for all 13 of us. The cleanliness should be improved. And extra bed is actually just a thin mattress. Pity one of my friends.

Review 24：1. Called up one day before, but the receptionist Mr.Noushad did not inform me that the hotel is under painting. He diverted me to i-hotel in 90Ft Road, Saki Naka, where they were also doing painting. 2. Being a solo traveller and i came only to sleep, I adjusted. But it was a real terrible experience.

Review 26：Front desk guy try to extract extra money from you in all aspects. He wanted me to pay extra for my bags. Arranged taxi to drop at airport 3 times more than the actual price. Arranged food at very high price but of poor quality. Breakfast is two small pieces of bread and a small cup of tea half filled. Try avoiding this hotel.

Review 71：There is no metro station near the hotel. Some station are shown on google maps but they are closed. The nearest station is Ghatkopar (about 10 min by tuk-tuk).The pictures of the rooms have been made when the hotel just opened, so the paint on the walls has many cracks now.

I read other people saying that the location was not good. I totally disagree... probably this people were hoping arrive to europe or something, but is India!!! Just as reference, big hotels are just one block ago, the Peninsula Grand and Holidays Inn, and they wont be in a bad place for sure!!! Highly recommended!!!

Review 77：After the second day this awful stench consumed the room. It was terrible but mostly likely from sewage from the surrounding area. We bought loads of air freshener but simply could not get rid of it. The shower water also had a funny smell so you didn't feel clean. The location wasn't great and wasn't very touristy.

Review 83：Whatever facilities stated such as atm, laundry, etc were all bullshit.Whatever you see in the picture is not the real thing. This place isinside some car mechanic shops. You will hardly notice it from themainroad. There aren't any good amenities nearby but just localshops for local people. There is one or 2 pathetic restaurants which youcan order food from the room service who are young boys who can'tspeak any english(which is normal I guess). The area I horrible and itsbloody far from the city centre, colaba, etc. its costs about 500 rupeesfor a taxi to the city centre. Please take the taxi yourself outside andnot from the hotel because they will raise the price but tell you thatits the right price. Breakfast is the same everyday, 4 pieces of toastedbread with either butter/jam or egg served with coffee or tea. Plusno windows.

Review 84：The receptionists were friendly. The room and toilet was clean. Theyhad a good array of channels in the tv. The wireless connection isgood. There is a shopping mall about 15 minutes away by Auto for about35 rupees.

When we arrived, we discoveredthat our room had been let out to someone else which was a stressfulstart to our trip to India. However, they arranged another room atanother hotel for us.
