Review 1：Bad room service. Dirty Towels. Indifferent house keeping as basin of room number 611 blocked. Water gushing out from bath cubicle out on the floor.

Review 3：they didnt give us the booking, we reached there midnight driving all the way from pune,my driving license had my 15 year old address on it of mumbai, so their reason was that they dont give rooms to locals, i found it very stupid, i didnt had any proof of my pune address at that time so had to search for another hotel at night with my wife.

Review 4：Front desk staff They call it premium room No sleepers,no dental kit , no shaving kit , personel care kit box was empty ,mini bar is empty on reminders also no service How come booking.com recommended this hotel is a surprise.

Review 10：- bad internet even for a charge - the noise from the street, poor windows insulation - the gym is ridiculous (a barn in the yard with chicken and hens running around) - $100 per night is an enormous price for this hotel - they charged my card but said the card was not working, I had to pay cash. Upon return I found out that the card was charged too, now need to spend time sorting out

Review 16：From the time we entered the hotel until departure. We were treated with EXCELLENCE and PROFESSIONALISM! ! Duty managers and the entire day and night time were just amazing. Their attention to detail and going the extra mile was mind blowing. Whether you are a guest or just want a conference facility or perhaps a wholesome meal pop by, you will be pleasantly surprised. I WILL BE BACK THERE VERY SOON!!

Review 23：The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful,arranging rickshaws to shopping mall,showing concern for me as a lone female in mumbai,insisting i carry hotel card with me ,advising me on rickshaw prices and early morning call and cheap taxi at 4am to the airport..The room was of a very good standard with comfortable bed,pillows and seating..dvd player kettle and mini bar at reasonable prices,,The bathroom was large with a large bath which was well appreciated after a long stay in India,,I would definately recommend to friends,,

Review 24：food variety is not good. They made me to wait 25 minutes for mini bar checking even after i told them about urgency of my flight timing. No professional service staff. They don't even understand English.

Review 32：Everything about the hotel is great if you're looking for a short layover; however, if you want a place where you can walk outside, shop and enjoy the environment, this is not the place. Traffic is incredible, and there is a train track above the street and really poor people who live under it, along with a lot of trash.

Review 33：Amazing location not even 5 min. from the airport, excellent service with some really friendly people. Tasteful decoration, very clean, comfortable, well insulated for outdoors noises. Great food but my sensitive palate had to be really careful to chose dishes that were not spicy. Despite that, I ate to quite well.

Review 36：In term of cleanliness the hotel is not up to its standard. The hotel is immediately adjacent to one of Asia's largest slums (but that's also true for the nearby Hilton). The charge for Wi-Fi is ridiculously high - as if foreign guests (who do not have other ways of internet access) are not wanted here. The room that was originally booked turned out not to be available (overbooking), so that we had to move to another room the next day.
