Reviews for Apartments Jakov

Review 1:Used as stop over between plitvich and krka national parks. Great location right on the shore, very clean. Very good price for a spacious room. Staff very helpful. Beautiful sunset

Review 2:Although we had no problems, the staff is not customer-oriented at all. The "reception" is the bar placed in the ground floor. Despite the apartments seem to be new, and in fact are comfortable, the materials of the building are not the best. E.g., the soundproofing is really bad, if there's people walking by the street at night you will hear even their steps.

Review 3:Beautiful little coast village, the views from the apartment are amazing. If you go to Vinjerac you must go to Konoba Pece restaurant, in the entrance of the village.

Review 4:WiFi signal was very weak and slow - we struggled loading Facebook pages on our smartphones. There was no reception desk only bar and so receptionist in this establishment was nowhere to be found during Saturday and Sunday or when we sometimes needed additional toilet paper or new towels. No possibility for breakfast.

Review 5:Located in beautiful small village 10min from motorway. Excellent spot - right at the water's edge. Spacious apartment, everything we needed was there. A/C was there and working flawlessly. Free car parking right behind the apartment.

Review 6:1. wi-fi is not working well, it keeps losing signal. 2. no laundry machine, so if you stay longer than 2 days, you need to wash everything by hands. 3. no dishwasher, so hand wash required. 4. no balcony, so you cannot get dry your swimming suit fast enough.

Review 7:absolutely quite. no loud music, not that many people. incredible warm sea water, breathtaking view of NP Paklenica.

Review 8:The appartments are very noisy. The bar on the groundfloor opens at 7.00 a.m. and officially closes at 11 p.m. but guests stay much longer and use the tables and chairs in front of the building long after the bar is closed, so sometimes we were forced to listen to loud talking and drunken babble right under our windows until 2 or 3 a.m. Although Vinjerac is marketed as a calm and quiet town, when you are staying in these appartments you will certainly not feel like that.

Review 9:The parking was OK, altough without any shade.

Review 10:nothing. all was good.

Review 11:amazing view to the sea, quite, small, great staff!. our air conditioning didn't work when we came and it was very hot. the owner came from her home to take care of it.

Review 12:Lovely hostess, very friendly staff, nice large clean room with sea view but no balcony. A little bar below but doesn't impact on stay. The viallge is very small, peaceful and idylic. Only 3 restaurants and a couple of bars, but just lovely

Review 13:The kitchen utensils are a bit sparce, no coffee maker, etc.Would email the hosts and request if needed.

Review 14:We booked our stay at apartments Jakov as an intermediate stop between Dubrovnik and the national park, Plitvice lakes. The apartment appears quite new, very clean. The manager friendly and helpful. The village and apartment are right on the water. We ate dinner at a fabulous restaurant, Konoba Pece. Would recommend this stay.

Review 15:The apartment is great for a overnight or two nights. The kitchen is quite basic and the wifi is not as quick given it is a small town. other than that, everything is great!

Review 16:Our stay in this town was great. We got an apartment with a view which has simply beautiful! We went to this restaurant close to the apartment called Pece and it was wonderful.

Review 17:We travelled through Croatia for 3 weeks and this was by far the best place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and the location was excellent. The host,Martha was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home.on arrival she welcomed us with home made cake. On easter Sunday she surprised us with a traditional breakfast. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

Review 18:Wonderful location. Amazing sight on the mountains sorrounding the seaside. Perfectly organized apartment. Definitively the best vacation ever. We will plan another vacation here asap.

Review 19:nothing. everything is exactly as described

Review 20:the apartment is above a small bar looking directly out to sea. There are two restaurants, a small shop and a small beach. This made the apartment ideal for a relaxing stop over on our tour of croatia

Review 21:Beautiful little town, great apartament, wonderful restaurant Konoba Pece close by. We had wonderful, relaxing holidays. The host was very helpful. Definitely I would recommend.

Review 22:Little bit of music from the bar downstairs, but it's in the middle of the village, so that's to be expected. It never went on too late, though. Word of warning: only one small shop in the village and no cash point. Apartments Jakov don't take credit cards, so make sure you get cash from Posedarje (6km away) to pay your bill before checking out.

Review 23:Had a most enjoyable stay in Vinjerac. Having visited Croatia pretty much every year since 2000, I've been running out of new places to explore, but Vinjerac fitted the bill perfectly. Lovely village tucked away facing the Velebit mountains. The accommodation was very large, spacious and modern with fabulous west-facing views of the bay. Easy to find with parking on site, a car being essential, given how isolated the village is, relatively speaking.

Review 24:If you want to eat out there is no such place just cafes. There is only a small grocery shop. You need to go to Zadar to have a better and cheaper selection. The apartment for 6 people is more suitable for 2+2 people if you prefer more comfort. Despite the pull-out bed in the living room is big. Anyway it was a great place.

Review 25:A beatiful environment, nice & quite place-far from crowded beaches. A great place to stay at-close to the beach and cafe (the same building).Clean sea water and gorgeous view at the Paklenica National Park - it is worth to visit it.

Review 26:It was a little bit hard to find it (address doesn't have number), but neighbours were very eager to help us.

Review 27:Very helpful and friendly staff.

Review 28:Very nice standard and view from window. Nice place to relax.

Review 29:The fridge didnt work

Review 30:Lovely place. In front of the sea.

Review 31:Spacious, comfortable and has a great view.

Review 32:Nice quiet small town, off the beaten track.

Review 33:Fabulous - we extended our stay! Very clean and very spacious accommodation - look like new. Very friendly staff.

Review 34:nothing to complain

Review 35:everithing was fine!

Review 36:- WiFi signal was weak (but only on the last floor) - noisy guests of the bar until late night - equipment of the kitchen (no kettle) - problems with parking space

Review 37:+ views and surrounding (small village, hotel close to the sea) + atmosphere at the evenings + very clean and spacy apartments + beach and small shop just few steps from the hotel +friendly staff

Review 38:no air condition in bedrooms, bar on ground floors offers no food

Review 39:great view, air and water quality. wooden floors in bedrooms, many little helpfull things like dish washingliquid, nice employees.

Review 40:Scenic little village. The apartment was right on the water, had a beautiful water/mountain view. Comfortable, clean. We had a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen/living room and bathroom. The water heater was very tiny but we could turn it up very high, so it worked out.

Review 41:Great views. Nice and quiet. Very romantic.

Review 42:fantastic location. Excellent and very friendly host.

Review 43:unfortunately there is no balcony or terrace to enjoy the sun.

Review 44:The apartment is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Review 45:An amazing location off the beaten track. Wished we'd stayed longer!!
