Review 1：The location is ideal. One can stare at the sea from one's bed all day long and this alone is worth the trip. Plus it is at the heart of the town.

He is really happy to make friends with Chinese people & he really respect the trust which Chinese people gave to him, that's why he is always trying his best to provide good service. Review 5：This hotel almost ruined our vacation on this beautiful island. We thought that it is nice to be close to the port, and we saw the rating of the hotel and the pictures and we chose it. We arrived late in the evening, when I entered the room, I was shocked – it was nicely furnished, but really dirty. It was obvious that they only changed the sheets and that was all, the bed itself was dirty, covered with dust, all of the furniture was covered with dust, as well. There was even a piece of nail under one of the night lamps. In the bathroom, there were some hairs/ as I noticed later there were hairs in the room as well, which was not ours/, and on the floor in the bathroom, there was a piece of woman`s bra, which was not ours, as well/ although, the next day, they still did not take it, because they were probably thinking that it was mine/. The toilet was not clean enough, as well. The terrace looked to the restaurant of the café next to the hotel, it was really noisy, because of the air conditioning located on a tin roof right under the terrace. The breakfast was in the café next to the restaurant, it was really poor. We asked them twice to clean the room, it was not done. The only thing they did was to spray some bleaching solution on a stain on the wall, which I noticed by the specific smell in the room. They agreed with me that the room was not clean enough, they promised to clean it, but after 36 hours in that hotel, it was not done. They even offered to move us to another room, but we found another hotel and we left.

Review 6：Hardly anything. Only thing that could matter for some people was the entrance of the Hotel I would say. you have to climb the stairs to reach the hotel and till there there was no elevator. This was not a problem for us but people who have walking problems should take this into account.

Review 7：Everything! We decided to stay at Hotel Dali for only one night in the standart double room. Once we entered to the hotel, woman at reception welcomed us warmly and asked us if we are a couple since they had the honeymoon suite free for that night, So, we stayed in honeymoon room for the same price of standart room! Apart from that, location was perfect, our room has harbour view which was amazing. The bed was really comfortable, shower/bath was big and minibar prices were really affordable for such hotel. We had great one day at Hotel Dali.

Review 8：Although they provide several different wifi networks you can choose from, none was working well. I struggled to find a strong reception in the room but got a full bar at their office so I guess the hub is located there so the rooms far from the office gets really weak wifi signal.

Review 9：The hotel is located in the heart of Zakynthos town and just 3 minutes walking from Hertz where I rented a car so found it very convenient. The owner and his family were friendly. The wife barely speaks English but really tried hard to assist me. I had an issue with my room then the owner Mr Kalifa moved me to a very nice room which I could view wonderful sunrise.

Review 10：We arrived minus passports and other documents and the reception staff immediately put us at ease . They rang our consul and had us email and phone to cancel credit cards and to get things sorted . We had mucked our bookings and they sorted this out quickly too . The rooftop bar with views to the acropolis and the friendly professional staff made our stay so special. It is right in the middle of old Athens so the position is brilliant.

Review 11：Me and my best friend stayed at this hotel and was probably the best decision we made to make our trip special. Khalifa, the owner of this establishment is an amazing person and he can really make your trip super fun!

Review 14：In our room, the shower is placed "in the room" and only separated with a glass wall. This is different in other rooms. Though well taken care of, some furniture is a little old, and they are not "luxury rooms" as this place is branded.

Review 15：The location was perfect for us, very central and close to the port, the shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony along the bay is beautiful. The breakfast is organised in the cafe on the ground floor of the building, allowing a choice of some coffee, juice, toast or crepes. Not so much but exactly what we needed.

Review 16：The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. very poor. only one choice every morning. It is better to book a room there without breakfast. But this small negative thing is nothing compared to all the good stuff the hotel offers.

Review 17：The staff were really awesome. They were so helpful and friendly since the moment we entered the place.

Review 18：The DALI hotel hides the fact that it is on the first floor without elevator. It is not suited for anyone with even mild mobility problems or elderly couples as you have to walk up 21 stair-steps every time you want to go back to the room. When asked why they hide this information from booking.com they went silent. Also, the air-condition is slow and can operate only when you are in the room. This means that it can take 2 hours till the temperature is the desired one in Summer. We had an iphone charger burnt in a plug and when discussing the issue with the employees we had a cleaner that very disrespectfully was advocating that "at her home she had her computer burnt so this is to be expected". As the 2 receptionists are young ones they had not the professional wisdom to ask her not to intervene which was very frustrating.

Review 24：Waiting time at the airport. You need to wait for the rest of the slow moving chinese couples who will also ride the same van you arranged for your pick up. For a close distance 15EUR is quite expensive for a shared pick up.

Review 27：Many hotels on Booking.com offer a free shuttle to and fro from arrival or departure points. There seems to be a lack of proper bus services in some parts of Greece. I think to be charged 15 Euro for a 4.5 kilometre journey to the airport by shuttle is a bit too much..

Review 29：The breakfast was a joke. I believe that it was another owner of the restaurant downstairs where we had the breakfast. We had to choose from crepes with ham and cheese and crepes with chocolate. We had also two slices of bread with 1 package of butter and respectively jam and 1 glass of juice. That was all!! I mean ...come on. I am not asking for 5 star hotel breakfast but to have crepes with ham&cheese or chocolate.... It is a pitty of the hotel location, great rooms,of the owner efforts ...

Due to our honeymoon trip, he upgraded the room to be upper sea view large double room. he drove us to the mountain top to enjoy the night view of Zakynthos. And helpful suggestions for travel plan. All these are free,none of charge! Breakfast was free to send to room.

Review 45：We have enjoyed our one week holiday on Zakynthos due to staying in the Dali hotel. The owner showed great hospitality and excellent service. Our spacious room was very neat and well furnished. The harbour and sea view from the balcony is fantastic. Good restaurants, boat trips, car or scooter rental and supermarket are nearby. A main road is in front of the hotel, so there can be traffic noise, however that is also part of the liveliness of Zakynthos town.

Review 46：Nothing with the hotel itself! I just kindly remind! Please not let thehotel owner rent a motor bike for you, because he will tell you to renta motor in the restaurant which is near the hotel! That motor wasshabby, even the instrument panel was broken. The worst was the terriblemotor owner! My motor just had a little bit scratch, he charged me 100euro!! He even said he would call the police if I didn't pay 100euro! Of course I was not afraid to meet a police at all, but I had tocatch flight at that time... So I had no time to argue with him aboutthat, so finally I gave him 100 euro.... What a ridiculous man!!Actually I didn't care that 100 euro at all, but this guy reallyupset my mood! Zakinthos was such a beautiful island with really nicepeople, I had a fantastic holiday, but this guy really gave me a bigsurprise at last!! There are so many place you can rent a much bettermotor in Zakinthos without bearing any risk of fraud! Anyway nothingwrong with the hotel at all, just remind!

Review 58：I was very impressed by the comfort and design of the rooms in this hotel. I stayed three weeks in the Ionian Islands. Dali hotel was the cheapest and most comfortable place I happened to stay in. The business is family run and new. The owner spends quite some time with every single client to explain about the island and places to see. He goes the extra mile to do everything he can to make his clients feel at home, like family. As for the rooms, they have a balcony, some of them a great view on the water front, are fully equiped with hair-dryer, a fridge, TV and air-conditioning. Beds are very comfortable. The rooms and the bathrooms are beautifully designed with mosaic tiles. Everything is super clean. Definitely a place I will go back to, as on top of it, Dali hotel is 5 minutes walk from the center of Zakynthos town.

It is located in the city centre, so everything you might need is a few minutes walk away. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the first floor at any time of the day. Very useful if you tend to sleep until late in the morning. Highly recommended!

Review 105：1. I have booked the room for 2 adults + 2 children. Upon arrival I discovered that only one bed for adults is available and the hotel staff was not aware about arrival of the children. Hotel staff provided one additional bed for children but requested to pay extra money on top of agreed price (which I find somwhat unusual). 2. The shower is separated from the room by glass wall so the room was not suitable for the family with children. 3. The hotel is very small, there is no lobby, no bar.
