Review 1：The smell in the elevator due to the heavy rainings

Review 3：They took from my credit card 30% in advance before our arriving, why?never mind that we have arrived on time 13.00, because of that we Had problems because we gave our card details only for guarantee not for payment. The way how we are going to pay after our stay is our chiice : from which credit card or cash payment etc

Review 4：The outside of the hotel is a little bit old, but inside everything is fine. Unfortunately this hotel has no swimming pool, but a small area at the sea where you sometimes have to "fight" to find a seat.

Review 10：This is not a 4 star hotel by any other country's standards!! It's shabby rather than shabby chic, with very limited facilities, one restaurant (the other closed for the summer!!), queues for a very meagre breakfast and without doubt the worst coffee I've had in a hotel. Basically everything is 'adequate' and we had a relatively pleasant stay but little things like mini safe not working, no batteries in remote, industrial toilet roll!, leaking roof, broken sun loungers on balcony just don't add up to a UK 4-star hotel.

Review 14：The breakfast was very very good such a vast choice and good quality. The restaurant was good staff and food alike and great value for money. The goulash with home made pasta was gorgeous albeit it was 40 deg. The only downside for us was our terrace was directly over the kids club where they did the birds dance okey cokey and various other dances between 8 and 10 in the evening.

Review 25：We have tried dinner, but the selection was varied and the price is very high - 20 euros without drinks. For this price, you eat at nearby restaurants, even in excellent beach bar of Malin Hotel, which is really nice. The four star hotel should not happen that your room is not cleaned up, even though you was at the allday trip outside the hotel, but despite these little problems, I don´t download points because it is really for the Croatian ratios very nice facility.

Review 26：Despite some small problems, still one of the best Croatian hotels I've experienced. Frangipane suite on the 3rd floor has a beautiful view and great indoor balcony. Rich breakfast, individual guests are separated during breakfast from the group trips, which was a big plus for me, since traveling with travel agencies I do not like :). Despite the large number of guests, the hotel is not crowded. Surroundings and Malinska is very nice, typical Croatian beaches - mostly concrete, small places of pebble beaches. I must thank to the hotel manager, as well as the lady at the front desk for willingness when I wanted to change the room booked through booking.com. Parking in the garage is very fine, but if you don´t want to pay for the garage, you will not have a problem with the parking place, I think.

Review 27：The hotel is a tired and run down property and the pictures and descriptions are not reflective of reality at all ! This is definitely not a 4 star property and there really should be some stricter regulations for star ratings. We only tried to eat there once - the first morning's breakfast and it was terrible! Dirty plates and cutlery - terribly terrible !

Review 51：This is not a complaint about the hotel, but about the guests. It does seem there are a lot of bus groups that stay here, and the group of Germans were once again displaying their selfishness. They would put their personal towels out on the beach lounge chairs to "claim them" very early in the morning, regardless of when they went out to the beach. At 10:00 am, it was very sad to see a young couple with children have no place to sit just for a few minutes. Although ALL of the beach lounge chairs were empty of people, there were personal towels placed on them preventing others to enjoy the beach.

Review 59：There were not enough beach chairs (what i really dislike on holiday is everyone running for a chair or reserving a chair with a bath towel). A good (touristic) hotel should make sure there are enough chairs. But that said, we visited the beaches of Krk and Baska on the island and they were nicer anyway. Especially Baska was nice with the blue water, but expect a very crowdy beach...

Review 60：Quite touristic hotel, with a lot of rooms, but it still felt OK for us. We were happy to be able to take breakfast outside (because of our free upgrade to a romantic suite or because we have booked with booking.com?). Most of the tables were inside... The breakfast buffet was the best during our 5 hotels in Croatia: there is plenty of choice (the benefit of a bigger hotel). The staff was also very helpfull and friendly. Free wifi when we asked for it, because we read that it was free for booking.com reservations.

Review 62：The staff is so friendly and really makes your stay pleasant in every aspect. It is a big hotel and for instance the breakfast buffet is huge in choice and quantities. And still with some personal attention and a great seating arrangement the host makes you feel at home. By accident we left our new digital camera in the room on the day we left. Exactly at the moment we noticed it during our travel home, Barbara from reception called us. Because we were already hours away from the hotel, they shipped the camera to our home address. Great service, exceeding my expectations to great extent!

Review 71：The package we had was for the room and breakfast. Dinner should have been included in the daily rate we paid. Guests of the hotel had to pay for chairs, umbrellas, and the water park. It would have been nice if they had been included. Also, the excursions at the travel office on the property did not provide transportation to the destinations. We would have paid the additional cost.

Review 73：We liked so much of our journey in the hotel that we would like to go back. The hotel upgraded our room to the top luxury suite with 2 balconies viewing the sea. The suite is well designed furniture with high quality furniture and materials. 2 rooms with comfortable king and green sizes bed. A bathroom with a spa bathtub. The suite is spacious, elegant, comfortable, outstanding! You have every thing you need. The staffs in the reception, in the bar and restaurant for the breakfast/dinner are very kind and attentive. The foods are abundant, plenty of choice. The parking is easy, if not in the high season, otherwise, the hotel has own private parking. The hotel has well arranged beach facilities for children to play and adults to relax. The location is ideal for the people who lend in the Rijeka airport. It's accessible island offering a good combination of relaxing, swimming in the clear sea and visiting near by cities. We are satisfied fully of our stay.
