Review 1：Rate guarantee promise is false!! Other than booking.com hotel people sell their room with much cheaper rates!!

Review 3：The whole place is a disaster and the management lies in their respondseto my first review, that is the only reason I am reviewing it for thesecond time. I think that the only good reviews this place gets are fromFriends, Family, or people they pay to write good reviews, there is noway in the world anyone with any common sense would call this dumpanything but a 1-star hotel, and that's because they don't have0-star hotels! By the way they have me down as being from India, I amfrom the usa.

Review 4：The Bed was excellent. Everything else was sub-standard or worse. Thisis review #2. Please see my first review for the details. I only stayedat this hotel one time, I changed rooms so they have me as staying theretwice, that is why I get to review it twice. By the way they have medown as being from India, I am from the usa.

Review 5：The hotel description says "5 star an beyond". HA! NO WAY! They say all amenities included (including bottled water.) No Way! No water, no coffee (cream,sugar,tea,etc), no shampoo, no soap, no towels, no bathmat, no washcloth, no amenities of any kind. Slowest internet ever, message on phone was blinking but I could not get my messages (NEVER got them). Dirty bathroom, dirty floor, dirty glasses, dirty windows. Some of the lamps did not work. Wooden floor broken & warped, tiles coming loose. service guide & menu filthy and torn. Pigeons living on window sill and pigeon poop all over the glass. Dirty windows, traash in the trash can, messy floors.

Review 6：The hotel design is beautiful, but the upkeep and maintenance was Non-Existent! The place is a total disaster. Dirty, broken and smelly. The bed was beautiful and comfortable though.

Review 7：Everything ... Basic Amenities in the toilet missing... Have been told about missing toilet paper and feel cheated for as little as a bottle of water which should have been complimentary but was charged

Review 8：It is a no star small hotel. Not like they showing on the web. luxury hotel? No way! Horrible wifi. You have to reconnect every twenty minutes and 50% chance you will fail. front desk is ready to ripe you off when you leaving to aiport and asking taxi. they ask cash which is 300% higher than it should be and put it into their personal pocket!.

Review 9：Room service was bad,staff did not helped much,air condition did not worked for 7hours and when we asked them to fix it they always answerred that it will be done within a half hour but it took 7 hours!!

Review 11：Terrible it's not 5 star hotel to me it's 2 star you cannot compare with 5 star hotel, first when we went restaurant we tast India food was very spicy we requested the waiter to give us menu so we can take food he refused and said he will charge double! Second day the receptionist saw us going with bags which we brought clothes to give poor people he thought we r running without paying he come asking the guy who was collecting clothes he was very rude and disrespectful for doing this

Review 17：There was No Complimentary Breakfast which i felt was a Little too steep for the price I Paid.Even if it is Online booking there should be a Breakfast plan Included.I Have stayed in many hotels and even Motels around the world,Also i feel there should be a Buffet Menu in the room where the guest is staying and the Guest can order the breakfast they want from that menu and have it sent to their room,Making it more convinient for the guests

Review 35：The hotel organised a car for me to go to Pune and although I felt safe and the driver was friendly, what I didn't like was, we've driven for about an hour and he run out of petrol! He knew it was a 3-4 hours drive and should have fill the tank accordingly.
