Review 1：It is not a matter of liking or disliking, once what ever commitments are given, should be conveyed to the next persons on duty Eg. We were to leave early and requested if cookies/ready made items can be arranged in a room. Assured that bread tost and cut fruits can be arranged along with coffee in the restaurant. Bit surprised after reaching in the restaurant next morning- no message-had to request, offcourse we were served...... this can be improved.....is my feedback

Review 2：Great hotel with all the comfort you need, it's close to the airport and takes you only 15 to 20 minutes to get there, though it is 40 to 50 minutes to get to the city center. I love the breackfast buffet, the personnel is kind, rooms are very stylish and comfortable. And we got an unexpected upgrade to a crazily beautiful and modern suite on top flour with a view over crowdy Mumbai.

Review 3：Internet speed was pathetic. In fact the internet did not work at all during the 3 days stay at the hotel. Despite repeated requests, the staff was not very helpful.

Review 4：The website announces a travel desk that helps you book travel and city tours. When I asked at reception about city tours they told me they did not help make arrangements and pointed me to a stand with tour leaflets that weren't too helpful. When I booked I asked in the comments if they could help me with a couple of taxi bookings. They never replied. The WIFI does not work reliably. I had to call several times to request new access codes.

Review 5：The hotel is not close to South Mumbai, but if you are working in Andheri, the hotel is very close to the airport and well connected. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Review 6：The staff is not responsive at all and I spent to much time everyday waiting for the staff to deal with stupid issues that should not occur like: the wifi they allow 2 devices only (we were 2 persons,4 devices) and even sometimes their wifi codes do not work for 2 ; room key continuously desactivated (you have to ask for a 2nd key if you are 2 and they don`t even activate it for at least 1 full day) ; laundry back (waited and had to call at 9pm to finally get it) ; taxi (I booked an airport drop 1h before leaving the hotel, had to wait for the taxi 30 minutes), etc. Seriously, when you are in business trip, all these stupid things make you being even more tired!

Review 8：Service is perfect. Especially the manager arrange me an extension even if it's fully booked. Staffs are nice. Environment is nice, clean, pleasant. Things are internationallized, suitable for business trip from foreigners.

Review 9：Having to pay on arrival. Being so close to the airport most I guess would use this place to spend their last night in Mumbai, therefore want to use the last of their cash to pay the bill at the end. Small issue.

I don't want to see Handcrafts or be directed to where I should shop or told that I must look in his favorite shops. Especially after telling him numerous times that I don't want to buy ANYTHING. Told him exactly where I wanted to go, he wanted to go somewhere else. Then he kept asking me if I was ready to go back to my hotel (Hired him for 8 hours, he kept asking if I was ready to go back to the hotel after 4 hours). when we got back to hotel he insisted that I sign the driver worksheet even though he had not filled it out completely. Not money well spent, Not a good experience.

Review 37：The front desk person was quite strange and sounded extremely rigid. Quite unlike my previous experiences at the Mirador. The room service charges for certain items are so over priced that it becomes a joke. A bottle of 500 ml of soda costed nearly Rs. 260. That's obnoxiously high !!!!

Review 39：We went for dinner at the restaurant and they were having buffet. Well they also had the second option of placing normal order! We decided to go for buffet and it wasnt a pleasant experience! We ate almost nothing! It wasn't our style of fodd! Was very spicy! They said we can order other food but our mood was gone! Anyways ut costed 900 ₹ per person!that was bad!!!

Review 41：The bed was the worst I have slept on. It had a hard wooden plank above the mattress and someone had forgotten to get it removed after the checkout of an old couple who had asked for it. Result, a sleepless night for me that ended in a terrible low back pain next day. Breakfast spread was very average and not much of choices. Food taste is just about Ok.room service was awful. The steward is ill trained and could not speak English at all. Zero grooming.
