Review 1：Was slightly annoyed at the fact that it was just a double bed I had purposely booked it thinking there was a single bed and a double bed if I had wanted a double bed alone I would have booked a double room I also requested a smoking room and didn't receive this either

Review 3：The breakfast room was a total sham, we had to get cups from the next table. then asked if we wanted tea or coffee, waited 25mins before it arrived only two members of staff in breakfast room. No butter on table for toast. We were very disappointed with the service.

Review 13：I found one of the reception staff dour, unfriendly and unhelpful. I was laden down with luggage, almost as an afterthought asked if I would like help. Given that I was at the Business Centre running a two day conference, she could have been more helpful and business like in supporting my need for photocopying (for which I paid a good price) No double siding and I had to ask for a stapler and I had to sort copies myself.

I asked for a Quiet room and was out right beside some sort of heating system, if I didn't have ear plugs I would not have been able to sleep. Review 28：Comfor,location amazing my family travelled from nort and west breakfast better than some 5star places we stayed in.We asked for a bedroom in a quiet area for our elderly parents and were accommodated.Leisure centre big,bright,very clean and the biggest jacuzzi in the country.

Review 45：I was there for a conference and when we were being served a complimentary lunch, the server pulled a very long hair from the food on my plate and proceeded to hand the plate to me. Everyone lined up behind me saw and when I said I didn't want the plate of food the hair had been removed from, the server held it towards me and forced me to take it. Also I did not see any gluten free food on offer and as a coeliac I feel it would be great to accommodate this diet restriction in the future.

Review 46：The staff were friendly and the hotel was located close to town. The facility for the conference was well laid out and very comfortable. The breakfast on offer was nice with a vast range of choices. The room was clean, comfortable and well lit and laid out. It was also quiet at night despite the obvious busy activity.

Review 99：Stayed on a Friday night to a Saturday morning. On the Friday night all hot food orders stopped at just after 9pm (sandwiches only then), unfortunate since that was the time we arrived at the hotel. No room service with hot food available from that time either (per the bar man). Fortunately there is a Chinese Cuisine restaurant beside the hotel which was the only viable choice (even though we didn't really want to have to have that type of food that night). The restaurant was very friendly and the food was excellent. Back at the hotel we had a very poor night's sleep due to late night parties and a band playing late into the night. Morning time no better, had to pre-order a breakfast for 7.30am (tea, orange, cereal and underdone toast) to be served in the lobby of the hotel since the main breakfast restaurant didn't open until 8am (so much for my wife getting a nice cooked breakfast). Overall very disappointing and overpriced for what we got. If going to Mullingar, go to the Chinese Restaurant at the hotel but stay somewhere else.
