Villa Mihaela sells fast on our site. The newly built Villa Mihaela with an outdoor pool enjoys a quiet location in Fazana, a 10-minute walk from the beach. All apartments are air-conditioned and have a private entrance.
Each comes with a kitchen or kitchenette and a satellite TV. The stylishly furnished sea-view apartment also includes a dishwasher and a microwave. Free Wi-fi is available in the entire Villa Mihaela.
Various activities like volleyball, diving, surfing and para-sailing can be enjoyed at the beach of Fazana. There is also a 12-km-long mountain bike route along the scenic coastline. Bicycles can be rented on site.

Review 1：This is a very well maintained property in a great location which has most of the creature comforts you might need. Loric, Mihaela and their son Anthony made us feel very welcome and they even let us use (for a small charge) their high quality mountain bikes to get around on.

Review 2：Loris was extremely accommodating during our stay. We often required transfers to the local festival and he would drive us at any time we needed. The room was clean and had every thong we needed and the pool area was relaxing and quiet. We would definitely recommend to stay here!

Review 5：We enjoyed the whole experience. The apartment was very clean and the pool was perfect. The location was quiet and within 20 minutes walking to the beach and town with restaurants closer if required. Loris and Mihaela were really nice and took us to the airport on our return.

Review 6：We really enjoyed our time there, the accomodation met our requirements. There were no surprises either way. We spent four days there and mainly used the apartman for sleeping. During te day we were wandering around in Istria. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They suggested programs and a good restaurant. The apartman was comfortable clean and well equiped. We didnt try the swimming pool but it looked to be enough for a dip and to relax by its side. The location and the exterior is the same as you can see on the pictures and on the maps. Altough it is situated on the edge of the town it just took 10-15 minutes to walk down the centre. I would recommend this place for those couples who are looking for a quiet and comfortable place.

Review 7：Mihaela was a very attentive host and made us most welcome . The appartment was spacious and well furnished and had a lovely veiw from the balcony . 5 mins walk to the harbour and good fish restaurants .

Review 8：The main things: bed and shower were disappointing. The bed was hard andyou could even feel the springs. At night the little window in the doorlet a lot of light in which was annoying. The shower was broken andthere wasn't much soap provided. The room is very expensive incomparison with the facilities provided. Everything is additional(aircondition, towels, ..) or is missing (breakfast!, Hairdryer,..).Youneed to pay cash.
