Review 1：Good localisation - near to the ferry port, tasty breakfast, pleasent and helpful staff, nice pool on the roof of the hotel. Ideal for the travellers who want to visit the island.

Review 2：They should have told us that the pool would be closed during our stay so we could have rebooked somewhere else. Beds are uncomfortable, and the place is not as nice as it looks in the pictures.

Review 4：The location is very good, it is on the Main Street about 10 mins walk from the port. Our room can see the sea and very beautiful sunrise without any blocks. The hotel provides free breakfast and there is a rooftop bar, very nice.

Review 5：instead of double bed there were two single beds pushed together. Constantly move apart, it was inconvenient. Also i forgot my watches near the pool, and i hoped somebody will find it and bring it to reception, but apparently it was pocketed

Review 14：The location in Zakynthos city was ideal for us. We loved to take the car and go and visit many different places during the day. At night we would go back to the hotel and go into the city for dinner and drinks.

Review 17：At first they gave us a room with 2 single beds (although had requested for a double bed) and a room with no view (although had paid more for a room with view)but later on they removed us to a room with a double bed and sea view. It was a nice stay after all but be careful for the bed preference (should better contact with the hotel for that)

Review 21：Hands down this is the best hotel to stay in Zakynthos town. The view from the roof was breathtaking and I enjoyed every single minute I stayed at the hotel. The hotel is located right at the center of the town and it is easy to move around. I also would like to thank Elena for the best customer service she has provided. From the day 1 she patiently and with smile helped me to plan my trips and gave me useful feedback and insight about places of interests. Thanks to her I saw amazing sunset from the Bocholi hill. She also helped me to book a ticket for the boat tour. Even she provided me with the city map of Laganas and also gave some useful information. about the city. I highly recommend this amazing place to anyone who would like to visit Zakynthos!

Review 22：Really poor service. Breakfast was bland and minimal. Hairdryer in room wasn't working and although we requested a replacement we never received one just excuses.

Review 27：The hallway have a wood floor and it is noisy. The hotel give too little soap (they give more if you ask) and the towles could smell nicer the breakfast is a bit poor to my taste. the furniture are not luxurious

Review 33：Hotel pool has a webcam and at the reception desk you have a screen with the view of the pool. Be aware where you lay down in regard of the camera, the people in the lobby may have a view of you, without you realizing it...

From the hotel you walk into the pedestrian area of the town with good restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly, the hotel has a roof terrace and pool with lovely view of the harbour.

The manager Pavlos was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good, a lot of variety and fresh food. Perfect price-quality.

We loved the rooftop pool and it has stunning views of the sea and nearby hills! Breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and clean. Very happy and would recommend to family and friends!

Review 61：In the bathrooms you can easily hear your neighbours talking or even whispering. In our case we had very loud neighbours who slammed the doors and screamed. We understand that it is not completely hotel's fault, but mind that the walls are thin and you may get lousy neighbours or hear the noise from the street. All the rest - positive.

Review 62：We stayed in this hotel in 3 different rooms, so the opinion varies according to each room. If you prefer a comfort sleep, not party, then balcony view would be horrible due to the noise of the cars, horses and motorbikes. City or garden views are much better. The hotel is quite old but very clean and comfortable. The carpets are very soft. For a baby they gave us a cot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the first sight was poor but when we tried everything, the food was good and tasty. What we loved most was the location. The beach, tavernas, city centre are in a walking distance. Wifi is very fast (the fastest that we had on the island).

Review 65：it is very dirty hotel. all towels are dirty looking and old. the bath tube is stucked and water was not going down. the room was not clean. no one should pay this amount of money to this service. breakfast was not good. spoons and forks were dirty. when we told the girl in the reception who were somehow in the breakfast lounge. she did not say anything and went out. we supposed she would solve the problem.she did not turn back. we dd not eat breakfast for the remaining two days. receptionist girl was rude and should learn to smile. she did not answer to our questions about the island willingly. so we could not enjoy her help.

Breakfast was very good and the staff (especially a guy with a beard who is always at night shift) were very helpful! We definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay there again!

Review 69：We had to change rooms twice due to nois, etc. and I got quite upset as we were on honeymoon and things weren't starting off well. However, the staff came to the rescue and offered us the honeymoon suite as a gift. . This room was so much better and quieter - it made such a difference to our stay/experience in Zakynthos.
