Review 1：Staff was wonderful and provided all types of information. Pleasant surprise to find all meals were included. Greek Night was fun with lots of dancing and laughing.

Review 2：The staff were incredible - so helpful and hospitable especially Evie at the front desk and the chef whose name unfortunately escapes me. We had a great time due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff here.

Review 11：One of the best hotels i have ever been in. The staff is amazing, willing to help at any time, answer any question, very friendly. The room is large and comfortable. The food was delicious and there was a lot of choice, the drinks are included. It is located 5 min driving from Laganas and 10 min from Zante town. perfect location for everything you need like supermarkets, restaurants and gift shops. This hotel is suitable for families and for couples. We can't wait to stay there again!!

We paid a fraction more at the 5* a night and tht was for a pent house suite with sea view and jacuzzi.. So if the price was lower at klelia it would of been perfect because everything else was pretty decent...

Review 39：The "superior double room" does not have double beds, just single beds. We were advised that only the family rooms have double beds. The website is misleading, giving you the option for a double bed, which we requested. The hotel does not communicate to you that the request is not possible. The single beds cannot be joined together, because it leaves a 5-10cm gap between the mattresses. I wouldn't call this room a double room, but a single room with double occupancy. Not suitable for romantic couples who actually want to sleep in the same bed for their holidays. The hotel tried to solve this for us by stuffing blankets between the beds, we appreciated the effort, but if the hotel had informed us that we would be sleeping separately, we would have booked elsewhere. Not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.The first night we did not have any hot water. For the remaining 6 nights, the water was hot, but the temperature was not sustained and required constant adjustment. The water pressure was not sufficient. Not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.The WiFi was not available in our room (605). And judging by the huge number of people in the lobby using the internet, I would guess that our room was not alone with this problem. Not what I expect from a 4 star hotel that claims to have "free WiFi" in all areas."Tea and Coffee making facilities" in the room were non existent. We did have a kettle, but no cups, spoons, tea, coffee, sugar, milk or anything else you need to make tea or coffee. Not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.No phone in room. Not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.The cleaners were talking loudly outside the room every morning at 8:30, aand this woke us up each day. 4 stars? Really?The door of the room was operated by radio card, but there was no separate lock. Not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.No duvet, just a big itchy rug-like blanket to put over the top-sheet. Not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.

Quiet area, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with warm water. 10 min drive from the airport. 5 min walk from very nice restaurants and night entertainment. Free convenient parking right outside the hotel. For the price we payed, we should have expected this quality.
