Pension Alta Vista sells fast on our site. Offering panoramic views of the Hohe Tauern Mountains, Pension Alta Vista is located on the outskirts of Neukirchen am Großvenediger, a 10-minute walk from the Wildkogel Cable Car. It features its own small spa area.
In good snow conditions, you can ski almost down to the Pension Alta Vista. A bus stop is 350 feet away, and the village centre is 1,000 feet away.
All rooms at the Alta Vista have a private bathroom and satellite TV. Some also feature a balcony. The building and most rooms were renovated in 2013.
Fine Austrian cuisine as well as Hungarian specialities and homemade pastries are served in the restaurant or on the terrace. Every morning you can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast. Free WiFi is available in the hotel's restaurant until 22:00.

Review 1：Small bathroom, but Ok. Sometimes hard to find a free parking spot.

Review 2：A really nice and friendly family are hosting this small and personal Hotel/Guest house, giving great and warm service to their guests. Breakfast buffe was excellent. We had a double room with 2 extra beds for the children and a nice view of Neukirchen and the surrounding mountains. The game room with Snooker and airhockey was a bonus to the kids (and us:) ) Very good evening meals are offered with Hungarian and Austrian touch (fixed menu). Heated room for ski's and boots available in the building. 40 minutes by car to the glacier Kitzsteinhorn/Kaprun.

Review 3：Free wifi from 1 pm till 7pm or something like that BUT only at the reception which means in the restaurant so you kinda "have" to buy a coffee or something. That means NO free WIFI when you are in the hotel only in the morning and coming back in the evening. Even you are online you cannot be in your room. Very bad.

Review 11：I stayed for three days for the Tridays motorcycle event. The welcome was warm and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a balcony and super vista of the Nuekirchen. The buffet breakfast was excellent, had an evening meal on one occasion, very good also. WiFi worked every where inc. room. I will stay again.

Review 12：The bar and restaurant close at 10:00 pm which is a little early. The hotel is a on the edge of the village and a little remote with a good uphill walk to the hotel so eating and drinking in the town ends with a good workout.

Review 24：The description of the pension states it is "Non-smoking throughout". This is a lie. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and on the balconies which - for non-smokers - means having a room full of smoke and tobacco smell whenever neighbors decide to have a dose if only you are not going to have windows shut all the time. Will not recommend this hotel for families with children and people not wishing to inhale the stuff. The pictures of the pension on booking.com do not quite reflect the reality. It is being rebuilt at the moment (Summer 2013) so whatever fun can come living close to the construction works is there. It's quite a lengthy way from the entrance door to the rooms, there is no elevator available (should be installed somewhere end of the year as I was told). In general, it is not a pension (very impersonal and not cozy at all), neither it is a hotel (lacks the corresponding comfort level, basic breakfast). The room we got was very small, I guess the smallest one in the house. The hosts do not speak English.

Review 26：We only stayed in this area to visit the Krimml waterfall so it wasclose to the area. This is a great little hotel. Very friendly staff,great price for the accommodation and the breakfast that was includedwas also great. We had dinner there on the night of arrival and for 11Euros each we got soup, salad, main meal and ice cream for desert.Excellent value for money.
