Review 2：Thank you very much to Nadia (the owner), her Father Christo and all the Staff. Many thanks to Dimitri(Chef) (the steaks were cooked to perfection),Minosa (Cleaner) and all the family and friends for making our vacation so relaxing and enjoyable. We met some lovely people while at the Villa. We also found 2 lovely Restaurants to eat in, Yannis's Restaurant and ANEMOTPATA. The owners and Staff made us very welcome and the food was great. The beaches are the best we have seen and in easy reach. (Nadia was kind enough to give us a map).We will definitely return next year.Thank you all again. Jenny and Chris.

Review 3：It was very nice house, but there were unfortunately many cats in the back yard of the villa and around the swimming pool-around about 10-20.

Review 9：To the kind attention to everybody who plans a visit at Athos Bay Villa attracted by its high rating: The place is an unfinished project with missing infrastructure. The rooms and bathroom s are too small. The house is next to the road so it is quite noisy. There is no fence around the house that is dangerous to the small children. But the biggest problem is the presence of more than 30-40 homeless cats (some of the cats are obviously diseased), which the owner “looks after”. There is a smell of cat urine all around the villa. The sand playground of the villa is the preferred toilet of the cats. The homeless cats are free to join you any time you eat something by jumping on your table. After the second time we had that bad experience (having a baby) we planned to leave the villa but after we were forced to pay for the next several days of our vocation. I cannot recommend the place!

Review 10：The bathroom was on the smallish side and the cats were a touch too many. They still need to cultivate the areas beside the building.

Review 11：The owners are very kind. They are not professional hotel owners and they treat you more like a friend.The pool is wonderful for kids - clean and without chemicals. Hotel location is outside the city, but close enough to the main beaches. If you are a social person, this is your place - it is a small compound and you cannot help but socialize with other guests.

Review 12：The fantastic welcome and continued friendship from the Greek owners. Their willingness to go the extra mile to make you feel special was outstanding. Lovely views, pool, beaches close by, opportunity to see authentic Greek lifestyle.

Review 14：Very well located villa between the city and best beach Alikes. New building with friendly and polite owners. Suitable for kids: playground and wonderfull swimming pool with oxigene. Close to the main road. Soundproof windows and walls. Comfortable beds. Free internet. Nice bar.

Review 15：This is a family run Villa with exceptionally friendly and welcoming owners. They really make all the guests feel like at home. Would help you for whatever need or question/recommendation you might need. The Rooms and facilities are brand new (this is only the second year of operation). The island is rather smal, but really nice. You might rent a boat and do a tour around the island, visit remote beaches, or even see dolphins in the see.

Review 16：We have stayed at the wounderful family hotel Athos Bay Villa in May 2013. We really loved the owners-so friendly, welcoming, warm and easy people! The hotel is brand new, well equipped with everything you may need! The location is just perfect. And if you a piligrim you will defenetly enjoy the Mount Athos view, which can be seen from all the verandas of the Villa.
