Review 1：Mattresses were horrible. They were thin and hard, made for children but not adults.

Review 3：Although I had called to say when I would arrive, I found a room with both the heating and the fridge off. It took several hours for the room to get a little bit less cold (I was there in March, it was 13 degrees centigrade outside). But the day after, the landlady turned off the heating in all of the building, and when I got back to my room in the afternoon, it was ice-cold again. When I tried to speak about it with the landlady, she had the most awkward of the reactions: she told me at first, in a rather harsh way, that they normally switch off the heating during the day; when I objected that my room was freezing cold, she explained that she was not going to turn on the heating for unregistered guests and those who wouldn't pay?! Eventually, she turned the heating on and apologized, but all that awkward and unpleasant situation was really unnecessary. However, the worst surprise awaited me the next morning: I woke up with at least a dozen bites on each leg. They itched like hell, and by the looks of them, I would say it hadn't been neither mosquitos nor ants, but, most likely - bedbugs. And when I got down to the shared kitchen - the breakfast is not served - the sink was full of dirty dishes, and the kitchen was a mess. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only at the reception. The room is so tiny that I continued to bump into things, although I am a tiny thing myself. There is no TV set and no hair dryer.

Review 7：Smaller room than I booked. Tiny room. Probably bugs of some kind, at least I had two giant bites. The first day my bike was not available, althouhg I had reserved one. The curtains did not cover the window poperly, the light that shone through made it difficult to sleep.

Review 12：So much facility to enjoy beach holiday for long stay. Staff is helpful. Fazana itself is not too popular, and a good base for the National park, Pula etc.

Review 14：This is a good, basic option for anyone on a budget. 5 minutes from beach/town centre and a shared kitchen which was useful. It is worth spending more for a room with a balcony.
