Review 1：No toils for beach and cant take hotel's toils. Expect to pay for seats on beach. This is not private hotel beach. Poor breakfast and no internet in rooms.

Review 3：The hotel was looking a bit tired. The rooms are not that comfortable and modern and they had carpet on the floor (unusual for a beach hotel, usually tile). The bathroom was also very tired looking, no place to put toiletries, the shower was very small with a curtain but the water went everywhere (perhaps that's why there was a drain in the middle of the floor!) And I still don't like the idea of putting toilet paper in a trash can, not hygenic (and I pity the person who has to clean every day).

Review 5：Crystal Beach was very relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location perfect. We have stayed in this area before but will certainly come back to Crystal Beach. We ate in the Restaurant a few times and the meals were great and service was good. Breakfast was included in our stay and there was plenty for all to choose. Our whole experience of Crystal Beach was lovely .

Review 6：The bathroom was terrible with a TINY shower and in need of a renovation. Little bit of a maze finding your room. The bed was two single beds on wheels pushed together.

Review 7：The location, view and beach are great! Staff very helpful and breakfast was full of variety.

Review 8：The pool area is starting to need some attention, the pool is tiled with those little mosaics and quite a few are coming off.

Review 9：The hotel must be in one of the best locations on the island, we have been to the island many times but had not noticed this little gem. The staff could not do enough for you. I asked for the plug in the bathroom sink to be fixed and it was done 2 hours later (in Greece this amounts to a miracle). My room was not available after 12 on my last day, as it was 38 degrees and I needed a shower at least, I had asked if there was anything available. The receptionist managed to find me a room for a couple of hours - no charge! These are just a couple of examples of the excellent service.

Review 10：The room we had was awful, the ensuite was barely the size of a cupboard. It was so hot in the room and the air con didn't work thank goodness it was only one night .
