Review 7：Very bad hotel will never go back to this hotel. The staff was rude and the hotel room var filthy and smal. The furnetur was ugly and uncomfortable the bed was hard as the floor. And the ac brook for two days and the wanted us to sleep in the room when it was 30 degrees uteside

Review 11：We were three friends living in a room with one double bed and two twin beds. Very lovely hotel! The room was very cute and romantic, Greece style ! The balcony was big and we enjoyed sitting there enjoyed the sea view! Water was hot, wifi was good, the food hotel restaurant "Itamos Restaurant" provided was very delicious and very good value for money. Hotel guests can have special price of 10 euros for one main course, salad and a glass of wine or soft drink. We had Moussaka, pepper stuff with rice, mix grill and three different kinds of Salad, and were all so delicious!! With a big glass of nice white wine! Very near to the sea, and some small shops nearby, there is one 24 hours open bakery nearby, and their food was delicious so you can have your breakfast from there. We lived for Sat night, and its easy to find someplace to park. I will live again definitely .

Review 16：I knew of this hotel as i had work in the resort for 2 yrs, but did not think this hotel would be the best one of all. We stayed a week at the hotel which is right across from the beach and only 5 mins into the town. The hotel out of 10, would be 9 as its owner and staff were very good. Very good rooms and free tv and aircon. Would stay there again as good value for money.

Review 17：The flat I rented was advertised as 45 sq.m. flat. However, in my humble opinion it was not more than 30-32 sq.m. TV - no English channel. The room description might potentially mislead one that a breakfast is included. Front desk staff did not show the typical Greek hospitality. The Greek coffee at the restaurant is just awful.

Review 23：The beds very extremely uncomfortable!!! The wooden beds squeak all the time, even after you sleep you wakeup from the noise of the bed, even if you would stay for free in a hotel what if you cannot sleep all night? The room, service , view, owner , restaurant , close beach; all ok, but just because that silly bed we wouldnt recommend that( even we stayed for soooo cheap, a fourth of the summer price!)

Review 24：The view from our balcony was excellent- mountain view on the left and seaside at the right. The last min price made it a great deal. No parking problem, the restaurant belonging to the hotel is very nice decorated and especially seafood is good. Room we stayed was great with two sepaerate rooms , large enough. Wifi had problems sometimes but its ok. The owner is very helpful and polite and you can see fher always around,very helpfull.

Review 25：The amount of mosquitoes present in the room. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Would not recommend for a long period. WiFi was not functioning properly.

Review 39：Easy access to city, Neos Marmaras is tricky at first so getting around may prove difficult to some but this hotel is situated close to a so / so beach and walking distance to the core (climb up the short hill). You can also catch the road behind the hotel and head to the better beaches (i.e Lagomandra)

Review 69：The room was not very clean. The staff was nowhere to b found. We could not even get a coffee in the morning, which I believe should hv been offered.

The restaurant/food was very good and at very reasonable prices, cheaper and better than dining out! easy to park around and only about 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village, close to a nice beach. 2 supermarkets 1 minute walk from the hotel. It is not a luxury hotel but it is clean and has got all that a visitor would need for a pleasant stay. The room has a nice view to the sea, but not all rooms have this view. Very good overall but we stayed off season, it was quiet and most rooms were vacant, so cannot really say how it would be in high season. Very pleased and would visit again.

Review 74：The maid who cleaned the room broke our tablet computer, the kids werevery sad, and when we said it to the staff, it does just stupid and didnothing about it bad bad. Perceptive's with, uncomfortable beds.It's worst hotel we have been to recommend it not think aftercarefully before you take it.

Review 76：One of the bedrooms was really dark (one small window towards a narrow illuminator). They did not accept payment by card. This is actually a problem in most of the shopping places we've been to with few exceptions. The cleaning lady washes the floor every other day using some chlorine solution that smells a little, so we needed to ventilate the room for 15-30 mins after that.

Review 77：Beautiful location, sea view and football field view. Nice little balcony. Internet is only in the public space downstairs, but i brought with me a powerful wifi repeater and the host was kind enough to let me install it downstairs. I opened it up for everybody else to use it up to the 3rd floor and it seemed to be quite popular. There were over 30 devices logged as connected to it. They offer a very nice food package at 8.50Euros for the ones that stay at the hotel. I totally recommend it.

Review 83：The only thing that I didn't really like about the hotel is the fact that there is no internet connection in many of the rooms, only in the lobby. If you happen to stay on the first floor, you might get lucky and have a one bar signal, but on the second floor you surely won't. Being a network engineer, a 24/7 internet connection is vital for me. And it's a pitty too, cause a decent Wireless Access Point costs about $25, and it takes about 2 minutes to configure it. If I return again next year, I'll be sure to bring at least one with me :)

Review 84：We stayed at the Greek House Hotel for 7 nights. It's a very good hotel, given the price. The staff and especially Elena are very friendly and, always ready to help. Rooms are very clean and the cleaning lady (who is also a very nice person) changed our sheets and towels, every day. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!
