Review 1：Nothing bad will go back anytime
Review 2：The property was central to where I wanted to be. Staff was very friendly I arrived after 11pm and they waited for me. Offered me a cup of coffee and sat and chatted for a while. Gave me a stunning breakfast in the morning.
Review 3：the hotel was very dirty, the furniture was old. You couldn't even put your clothes in the closet because it was broken. After three days the made us change rooms because they needed our first room for new arrivals. We arrived late at night but they wanted us to pay immediately (in other hotels you pay when you leave). Breakfast was in the basement, without windows. The staff that served breakfast was smoking while they were preparing the food. Wifi never worked. Don't book there,you will regret it for sure. There are better hotels and rooms in the neighboorhoud, and they are less expensive. We were asking them constantly to change our sheets or to bring new towels but they ignored our request.

Review 5：Tragic hotel! Do not recommended !!! You can compare it only with poorhostel in Turkie !!! Very dirty, very old, with no tv, no air condition,no view.... Breakfast is a disaster in a very depressed environment.. Wepaid 55€ and even if they will give me 155€, I will not spend even 1hour in this tragic hostel. Neos Marmaras is a beautiful place but thishotel is the worst advertisement for this amazing village. I don tunderstand why booking.com steel has this tragic hotel on their site.
Review 6：-The clealiness was terrible. Everything was dirty. The linen, the bathroom, the furniture it was all dirty. -The furniture must have been manufactured during the '60s. -In the dirty bathroom there was not even space for taking a shower. -The breakfast was miserable. We waited half an hour until serve us because the lady from the hotel staff it watered the garden. -There isn't parking space. -The hotel location isn't there who described in the map. -The reception staff was very confused about our reservation. -For these services and facilities the price sholud be not more than 20€ pro day. They charged us 107€ pro day!!!

Review 8：The most annoying amongst the other not good things about this hotel is that the location pointed at booking.com is wrong. We were sniping near 1h till we found it.
Review 9：old sheets and towels , not very clean bathroom! The stuff was totally unkind(if you were lucky enough to find someone) . We had to pay for the room before we even saw it but they denied many times to give us a recipt! Breakfast I think the poorest I've ever had in a terrible room underground.. Too expensive for what it offers! Don't go

Review 13：the staff was very rude, they didn't want to give us the bill before we leave the hotel. the rooms were small with old furniture and u could hear everything from the other rooms. A lot of noise. very excpensive for the quality that they offer. we found other rooms near the center with better prices and conditions
Review 14：There was a loud party at the center of the hotel. It stopped nerely at midnight when we asked to reduce the noise. Did we stay there the wrong night? There was no toilet paper, even 3 hours after telling it to the staff. Breakfast was ok.
Review 15：Not sure where to start with this... The hygiene is appalling throughout this place. We found numerous pubic hairs on the floor. The toilet drainage smell came through the vents in the toilet. The beds mattresses were rock hard, we couldn't sleep on them. The pillows were the equivalent of a piece of iron. The decor and furniture is from 40 years ago. The air conditioning barely worked. The windows wouldn't lock, so the room was accessible from the balcony. And to top if of this hotel had the audacity to charge the same prices as 5 star hotels in the UK. 125 EUR per night. Neos Marmaras is generally a very busy area, and this is right in the center of it so be prepared wrestle with the wave of tourists.

Review 17：First, this hotel is not located where the map says it is! Short walk to waterfront. WiFi is a disaster. When we arrived mid afternoon, it was 40 minutes before someone showed up--no note; they seemed confused about our reservation
