Review 11：Staff and owners could not have been better. They brought in a third bed, which made the room cramped but it worked. I cannot say enough good about the staff. Meals were excellent.
Review 12：Sometimes we had to flush the toilet 10 times before it would flush properly. The bed could have been more comfortable, you could feel the springs in the mattress, the duvets were kind of lumpy (lots of stuffing in some places and none in others) and it would be nice to have an extra blanket available in the room.
Review 13：The hotel has a good location, it's easy to find, close to the centre and it's quiet at night despite being on a main road. The staff was very friendly. The dinner at night was delicious.

Review 27：Unfortunately someone vandalised our car outside the hotel. The car park faces directly onto the street and it seems a drunken numpty decided to break our windscreen wiper arms off. Could've been worse but still unnecessary. An expense and inconvenience we weren't expecting to have. The hotel owner emailed us to say how sorry she was and hopes the police find whoever did it... somehow we think that's unlikely.

Review 29：It is a family run hotel.The staff was very nice and helpfull.They gave us a map and some sugestions of what to visit in Perth. The room was very nice and clean. There is a nice and cool pub near the reception where you can drink and eat well. Thank you for everything.
Review 30：We managed to get a parking space outside the hotel but there are probably only enough for 7 or 8 cars in total. Though parking is available nearby.
Review 31：We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good standard and a reasonable size. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk and suger were available, not just enough for 2 cups like some hotels. The beds were super-king sized and very comfy. We ate in the restaurent one evening and had a wonderful meal. The cooked breakfast was probably the best I've ever had, accompanied with a generous pot of tea or coffee. Toast, cereals, fruit and fruit juices were also available.
Review 32：We had a very nice stay at The Grampian. Our stay was over 3 nights. We got a very good price, which included breakfast (both cooked & continental). We're both vegetarian, which they catered for nicely. Our room was above expectations: Good size & very clean. Owners & staff were really friendly. Also, the hotel is very near the centre of Perth & is easily accessible on foot in less than 5 minutes. We'd definitely recommend a stay here.

Review 34：From the outset, a warm welcome when we made a late check in. Friendly staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. Comfortable room. A breakfast well worth getting up for in the morning. Vegetarian breakfast seemed universally popular. Good location close to the centre of Perth and the railway station. Would stay there again.

Review 37：Access to city centre and motorway for exploring scotland.the hotel was value for money and clean but could benefit from a bit of update/modernisation in min areas.the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was however the most notable aspect of the hotel. I took my elderly mother with dementia for a one night break and the staff could not be more supportive or courteous towards her.it was lovely and the reason I would go back.
Review 38：Need new mattresses! Expensive for what it is plus breakfast would have been another £9.50 so we did not take it. No view whatsoever from room (for £80 a night). The room looked onto a wall at back of property. Did not see any night security - entry was via key and if we'd lost that key not sure what we would've done when we came back at 1am!
