Condo Hotel Two Brothers sells fast on our site. Review 1：We didn't like the staff at all, they were very rude and inhospitable.On arrival we were told a room that we reserved on booking.com was unavailable this meant two of our party had to share which was not what we wanted, however on the day of departure we were asked to pay for a room we never had! We will never ever book with booking.com again as we have tried and tried to dispute this claim and have been completely unsuccessful. We will never stay there again and will certainly never ever recommend it.

Review 3：we didn't like not having access to hot water taps didn't work .no hot water in sink for washing up.reported 3 times ,said they had rectified but hadn't .If you like barking dogs all night and crowing cockeralls also all night then this is the place for you.Also if you have mobility issues request a ground floor as stone steps and metal steircases to 1st and second floors

Review 5：we passed a whole day without water supply due to a mechanical problem. Beds fully uncomfortable. poor cleanliness. luck of sufficient breakfast. no wifi signal.

Review 12：Booked two brothers for one night as it was closer to the airport for us to fly out the following day. My girlfriend and I definitely made the wrong decision!! Upon arriving, we were barely greeted or even spoken to. I was told to hand over my passport so they could take details before getting the room key. We were taken to our room and not explained anything. After looking around we could smell a horrible sewage stench coming from every drain in the bathroom. We had no remote for the air conditioning and no hot water either. I then went to see if we could possibly be moved to another room and there was a different man at the front desk. I told him about the problems, he then gave me another key and an air con remote (why we didn't get them in the first place I don't know!) and then came up to our room and tried to say that, because we were only staying one night and only paying €45 (which is the price advertised on booking.com) that we should basically deal with it. We were forced to go to a local shop and buy citronella candles just to keep the smell at bay. We are pretty disgusted with the service of the staff and to have just a little bit more assistance and understanding would have gone a long way. We definitely do not recommend this resort unless you enjoy bad smells and poor service.

Review 15：I was very pleased to have stayed at the two brothers. It was clean and friendly and in a excellent position for the restaurant's and bars at night.

Review 16：The hotel is quite far from the beach (about 20 minutes by walking) which can be a really hot walk if you don't intend to rent scooter or quad. The cleaning staff did not change towels while we were there for 7 days. The staff is not speaking English very well. From the two persons who were shifting at the reception (I guess they were the two brothers) only one of them was understanding us normally and was able to reply if we had questions. The other person hardly understood what we want and we got really tired in explaining our questions all the time to him. The doors are really thin in the rooms, so sometimes we woke up in the middle of the night as other tourists were coming back from party and all noise from the corridor gets into the room. The shower and the toilet are in the same room, which is so small that only one person can go inside. The shower plate is separated by a small curtain only, which means that if you want to take a normal shower, all the water comes out to the bathroom floor and flows out to the other room as well and you have nothing in the room to clean it up with. Upon arrival they gave a soap and toilet paper, but from next day they did not take care of such things - we had to call their attention on that. If many people take shower at one time (e.g. in the evening hours) you must count with the fact that hot water is finished quickly. When we experienced this for the first time, we were told that its because many people is having shower right now, that's why we have to wait 20 minutes until there is hot water again in our room. In fact we had to wait about half an hour until we could have a shower in our bathroom but honestly it was quite ridiculous in a hotel to play games to be quick enough for the hot water and to be able to have a normal bath.

Review 17：The hotel is close to some restaurants and bars and close to the main road of Kalamaki which is full of pubs, Taverns and shops The hotel has a nice pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The environment is peaceful the as the place is situated on a rather silent street. The rooms had balcony that was facing to the garden and the pool, it was nice to have coffee there in the morning. The garden and pool area is clean and full of flowers. Flowers and palm trees are nice and well taken care of, so the environment is really casual to sit around. The rooms had air-condition. Also, there is a fridge and a blow dryer in the rooms. The furniture is quite nice compared to the cost of the room. If you consider the low cost you are paying, the value for money is good, but don't expect any extras.

Review 18：The breakfast, the coffee, and if you decide to go to Zakynthos never go on the island tour with Cavo Grosso. They are very unsecure and don't do what they promisse. And when we asked for our money back the boss came with 4 bodyguards to frighten us.

Review 19：I liked the fact they cleaned the rooms every day, it's close to the center, the swimming pool very clean and the stuff polite.

Review 20：Bathrooms were very tiny. In one of our rooms the bathroom had an unpleasant stink. In general the hotel had problems with drainpipes. Air condition smelled bad in both rooms, not cleaned probably, risk of bacteria, did not use. Beds were short for people over 180cm. Breakfast options were limited to three choices. Surrounding neighbourhood did not look good.

Review 21：Staff was helpful. Pool was clean. Overall atmosphere was good. Looked nice inside the premises. Place was really quiet despite being close to centre of Kalamaki. Value for the money. (Well, we spent most of the time outside of the apartment and enjoyed the beautiful nature of the island.)

Review 24：It was the most flexible hotel we've ever stayed . Staff FIRST CLASS . Personell is calm, kind and very helpful! - there was no problems with ordering a taxi or to rent a car. You can ask for everything they will tell you what you need . One day we had a trip to Kefalonia and there was no problem to sit and eat a bit earlier out breakfast , no problems with choosing a different room . Wifi connection was really fast . The hotel surroundings ; Despite the close proximity to Kalamaki Center (3 min on foot) the place where hotel is situated is so quiet . I really recommend this hotel especially for couples who will find there a lot of calm (no noisy children) . Swimming pool is very clean , everyday is cleaned up . Review 53：Zante is so marvelous but kalamaki and Laganas (a small village close to kalamaki that looks like Las Vegas) are the worst place in this island (they doesn't look like greek villages).
