The family-run Tasos Villa provides self-contained accommodations, only a 3 minute walk from the sandy beach of Acharavi. A swimming pool with sun-lounger terrace is featured, and Wi-Fi is free throughout.
All accommodations include a kitchenette with toaster, teakettle, fridge, two-ring stove and mini oven. There is a fan and a TV as well.

Review 1：I had difficulty locating Villa Tasos initially because the Greek gpssystems omit many streets and names. My suggestion would be just go toAcharavi and look for street "9" off the main road. VillasTasos will be 100 yards down that road on your right, with"VT" etched on the building and "Villa Tasos"written on a somewhat hidden sign above the main walkway. No complaintsother than that.
Review 2：Excellent bargain for price and location. Comfortable place to rest myhead at night, with quick access to the local beach. Very friendly andhelpful staff. Gorgeous pool/bar area made the atmosphere feel likea luxury resort, without having someone fluff my pillow every tenminutes. For the price you pay, don't expect 5-star level pamperingand catering, but if you're a confident, self-sufficient traveler,then Villa Tasos is the best place to stay in Corfu.
Review 3：Staff was really friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. Great location, only a couple meters away from the beach as well as from the next supermarket. We had a huge apartment with a big patio just for the two of us.

Review 7：1/ Difficult to find,because nobody mentione that Villa Tasos is near to shop "Diellas". 2/ The owner give us awful room / old, broken, smelling and ugly furniture/. 3/ There were 2 chairs /but we were 4 persons/ made from ropes and it was not possible to seat more than 5 minutes 4/ The tap of water in the room was broken and droping costantly and not possible to sleep 5/The wood shelf in the kitchen was wet and smelling 6/ Broken ventilator, 2 not lighting lamps, one not working television,dirty and broken outside fridge 7/ not good hygiene 8/ bathroom was not old, but toilet was not attached to the floor and therefore was mooving and the push button was broken 9/only 2 sheets for 4 persons and one of them had little gap, which became big for 7 days 10/ noisy pool bar, working to 24.00

Review 9：Bat country - on the toop floor apartment. Wasp nest in the ceiling fan in the other room. Water leaking to the bedroom from the shower. With some effort from the owner, this place could be paradise.
Review 10：We got our room changed from a bat invaded attic to a more silent a cleaner one. Pool with bar! You can grill in the garden. Garden with all kind of mediterranean fruits. Parking inside. Beach is 3 mins walk.
Review 11：We've just came back from Acharavi, we spent 9 nights at Villa Tasos and we had a great time. Mr Tasos and his sons are very friendly and nice. Our room was beautiful and very confortable, the swimming pool and the garden were very clean and big. We particularly appreciated that, for our last day, they found for us a solution in another room to leave our luggages so we could spend the all day in Acharavi before leaving. The best!
Review 12：Excellent location, 1 min. from the beaufiful Acharavi beach. Mr. Tasos and his family working hard to make your stay perfect, and they do it very well! You can have some nince cockails in the swimming pool, under the banana trees, it's stunning. We'll definetely come back next year!

Review 17：Music went on longer than midnight most nights making sleeping difficult. Unfortunately we were in a studio 5metres from the bar. Also twin beds were not available even though we had specifically asked for this. Mosquitoes are everywhere so be warned.

Review 26：staff were friendly and bar area was great. Pool was lovely with available sun beds throughout the day. Family friendly. Room was a decent size with comfy beds and had a fan for the warm nights. Shower room was compact but clean and the room had everything you needed.
Review 27：The internet connection was very slow, almost inexistent. You had to wake up at 5 AM in the morning to check the email. An odor was coming from the bathroom sewer. Fan was not working properly and the AC is 5 euros per day but it doesn't work either. Music at the pool till 12 o'clock in the night. Other guests acted like they owned the place and made a lot of noise at night. Small tv, only greek and italian channels.
Review 28：Close to the beach and shops. Cleaning lady came in every 3 days to clean the apartment and get clean towels. Friendly owner and his sons.
Review 29：Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the beach/supermarket. Wonderful, friendly staff. Lola the cleaner was a "gem" regularly leaving us fresh fruit on our balcony. The poolside bar was great offering drinks at very reasonable prices run by the very friendly Mahos and Richard for whom nothing was too much trouble. Lots of tour companies in Acharavi offering excursions (horse riding, diving, trips to Corfu town etc. ) so no need to rent a car. All in all a fantastic holiday, we will be returning next year!

Review 37：I rate Villa Tasos 10 out of 10 because I think they earn by through their hospitality and the value for money you will get here. The rooms are in an idyllic location set around a beautiful pool with various plants and trees around it. The set up means that there is often a cool refreshing breeze passing thought the area making it ideal for sun bathing and relaxing around the bar. The bar plays gentle relaxing music in the afternoons that adds to the chilled atmosphere. There are plenty of shops nearby catering for all your needs and the sandy beach is just a few minutes walk away. There is a bus stop nearby so you may take a bus trip into the main town if you wish. The rooms have a good kitchen area with the basic utilities, ideal for cooking simple meals. The shower was powerful which was much appreciated – much better than the trickle you get from many comparable places.

This place is ideal for those who would like to be a bit withdrawn from the main tourist hubs of Corfu town or Paleiokastritsa, and yet close enough, within driving and/or cycling distance to the many exciting places that this lovely island has to offer. Review 50：My partner Dave and I stayed with Tassos and his lovely sons inSeptember. The villas are beautifully located ..5 min walk from beachand shops. We were given a 2 bed villa by the pool, which was reallygreat of him. Tassos is a wonderfully large character and happy to sharehis love of life with you. We spent most of our days lying on the beachor reading by the pool bar run by his sons when we weren't exploringCorfu Islands's amazing coves and beaches. The value for money isincredible! The villas could use a face lift but it's part of thecharm and keeps the prices way down. It was the perfect "donothing" holiday at a great price. I'm thinking of renting avilla there next year for a month, get started on that book I'mwriting ;-) If your looking for luxury maybe you should look elsewhere,but if it's a base your looking for with all the necessaryamenities, this is it. Tassos and his family fit in perfectly to ourlifestyle and sense of humour. Hope to see them again next year.

The owner was very friendly and nice to us and offered us everything we needed in order to enjoy our staying there. The villa is really close to the beach. You also have stores and restaurants nearby. For a low cost hotel the conditions were excellent.

Beautiful pool area, well equipped, bright apartments, with a personal touch - not just some charmless, could-have-been-anywhere kind of a place. Great balcony although no sea view. Review 55：Villa Tasos is in a perfect location - just minutes from the beach and from the main bar/shop area but is nice and peaceful. The owners are a family and put a lot of effort in to making sure your stay is a good one. The pool bar services drinks and snacks all day and closes around midnight. The setting is beautiful and the owners are constantly updating and maintaining the rooms and buildings. Would happily go again.

Although rooms are very basic, furniture a bit old, swimming pool is awesome, food at the pool bar delicious and what is the most important guys who ran the business are the best (nothing is too much trouble for them, very polite and handsome!).
