Review 1：Confusing situation with the owner / owners. Four different persons are owners, have no one to turn to when you need something. In the apartment there was no washing machine or laundry room. Super super small parking.From the parking lot to get out backwards on the main road.
Review 2：Excellent position, close to the beach, beautiful clear sea, nice view from the balcony. Tučepi are beautiful, they have a lot of content. Below the apartment Ratac the Marina restaurant, which prepares excellent grilled fish.

Review 5：Our gps couldn't find the adress, so we parked at the marina, walked along the pedestrian street and asked for the owner at the restaurant below the house. There is no hot water in the kitchen, but it was okey to use the kettle for having hot dishwater.

The bottom floor flat has a huge veranda, perfect for having a glass of wine and meal while watching the sunset. Helpful and friendly owner. Beautifully quiet in October and water warm enough to swim.

Review 16：My garmin satnav couldn't find the place. The parking access is from the main road labelled No12. quite tight parking. The owner is to be found in the clothes shop below the apartments.
