Review 3：The facilities look great at first look but they are showing signs of neglect. Our first room the AC was out so we had to go to the second room, where the AC was out too. We finally settled in the 3rd room and the AC was leaking down the wall over the electrical socket. Ultimately, its a good place to stay but the price is extremely high for the quality of stay.

Review 4：The hotel is by far the best one in town but in all honesty that doesn't say much. It provides a small pool which our kids loved to play in and the massage is OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING. The kitchen staff went out of their way to help us with allergy issues we had with our kids.

Review 5：Servers attitudes, only receptionist spoke English, food wouldn't be served in the outside area but only in the restaurant as servers wouldn't bring food down from 5th floor where restaurant was. Lack of kettle

Review 7：Not even close to 4 star hotel. We regret the 92 euro we had paid for bad an breakfast. Poore breakfast. No liquid soap and shower gel in the toilet. Only one set of towels while we were two guests. When we called the reception to ask for another towel we discoverred they don't work after 12pm.The bad matreses were not even,folded and uncofortable.

Review 11：The breakfast is poor. You need to renew the internet connection after each 5 GB (?). I think it is too much expensive for what it is.

Review 27：The hotel looks very nice, so do rooms - nice interior, clean and very pleasant. The hotel was notified in advance about the late arrival (11pm) so everything was ready when arriving. They greeted me by name when entering before I could introduce myself, which was a really nice welcome after a long travel. Check-in went quickly and efficiently. Initial setting of temperature in the room was too high (25 deg C), but it is easy to re-set. Breakfast was nothing special, but nice and fresh.
