Review 1：Shower very weak especially the cold frosty morning I stayed there. No satellite channels in room even though it was advertised. I should have said it to staff but I wasn't that concerned as I arrived late and was tired.

Review 4：I wasn't feeling too good so went to bed at 9pm.about 10 pm I was awakened by very loud music from downstairs which went on till 1 am.I couldn't get to sleep until 4 am and when I went down at 7.30 am I asked this beautiful female manager why I hadn't been informed about the noise.she immediately refunded my cost and apologized to me.great service, just wish I had asked for her phone number, but will definitely stay here again.

Review 8：sorry guys but to be left for some fifteen minutes waiting for a menu to be handed or to be even acknowledged as I sat there is not good practice especially if your not that busy. only I passed the menus myself and took one I was on my way out to get some service elsewhere. never ever gave out in all my years on the road

Review 27：The shower in the bathroom could have had been better no pressure behind the water so took ages to have a shower- there are two tables near the door headen from the resturant to the bar or smoking area that could do with been moved as when people walk in and out through the door the breeze on your back is shocking, I would have asked to move but was very busy on the Sunday Evening.

Review 47：This is basically a hotel for small functions or those on the way to Rosslare. It is not for those seeking a pampered break. Its 4km from the town for a start. Room was basic, mattress on bed was thin, you could feel the springs, the maid didn't bother to clean the room during our stay, we were handed towels becayse we were in the room and that's it. No gym, pool, spa, etc. function room right next to our room. All fine if you pay 50 euro per night, but many places like this think they are offering a bargain at 100 euros per night.

Review 58：Reception staff was too busy to order us a taxi so we arranged our own, getting a taxi back from the town to the hotel was time consuming The hotel should consider arranging their own taxi driver. On new Years eve, it took some time for the night porter to handle a bunch of rowdy guests.

Review 62：It was difficult to get attention on the night I stayed, They were understaffed for my needs, The girl who was working reception was serving in the restaurant when I arrived and I had to ask someone at the bar whom I should check in with,. When I went for something to eat, I had to find a waiter myself to take my order for dinner. The toilets in the restaurant area were not monitored. There was toilet paper all over the place. The rest was clean, At breakfast nobody directed guests to tables and I had to figure out for myself where to sit, Only part of the restaurant was set up for breakfast and the area was not obvious or clearly marked, My order for breakfast was misunderstood When I said I wanted a mini breakfast they assumed I meant a continental and did not bring the cooked breakfast, They couldn't have been nicer and more apologetic when they realised their mistake, I feel the value for money aspect of this stay lost some of its lustre due to under-resourcing and the resultant simple, avoidable, mistakes that occurred.

Review 63：Food was very good. Room was basic and spotless, Night Porter was very friendly. I found the staff in general, helpful and friendly, when I finally got their attention. At breakfast they misunderstood my order and when they realised I had ordered a cooked breakfast they were very apologetic and nice. The food when it arrived was very good, The cost of the B&B was reasonable and I suppose I got what I paid for but I feel one more resource would ensure that guests were not left to figure their own way and go in search of service, It would also make things in the restaurant a little less frantic and simple mistakes as happened to me would be much less likely to happen. The toilets would, presumably, also be more closely monitored. It should not be up to the guests to bring matters of cleanliness and service to the attention of the staff. The staff themselves were lovely, friendly and helpful. The good intention was there with them but the atttention to detail was absent, in my opinion. It should not be down to the customer to pro-actively seek their attention.for simple things which should be part and parcel of any service they provide. No matter how simple the presentation, value for money is compromised if the service and attention to detail is not there,
