Review 1：The actual rooms look different from those in the pictures. No free coffee, tea—not even bottled water. You need to eat at the restaurant across the street for your free breakfast. The location is good though. Near the beach, souvenir shops, restaurants. Wifi connectivity was reasonable. Staff were poor English speakers so communication was difficult.
Review 2：- rooms are very very noisy!!! You can hear everything as it happens close to you - very easy rooms (no atmosphere and just white)

Review 4：Showers could be a little bit better (too much spread on shower head, thin and weak beams) Rooms are slightly audible, you easily hear noise from the hallway. You hear little noise from other rooms though, just the hallway is very audible.

Review 6：Friendly helpful staff. Room basic but with excellent air conditioning , cleaned very well every day. Walking distance of all amenities. Wifi excellent for Brazil. Beach five minute walk. Breakfast was a 2 minutes walk away in a larger hotel. It was worth the walk. The breakfast was excellent with a changing choice. We spent over 3 weeks at The smart hotel and will return. We liked the relaxed feeling and having a proper fridge in room was a bonus, the hotel is a bit tired but overall it is a small friendly hotel , we booked a trip to Pipa through the hotel. A great day out. Bus stop to other beaches such as Bessa and Manaira and shopping centres is Just outside hotel.

Review 8：The included breakfast at a nearby hotel was excellent. 24hrs service at the front desk. Safe parking space for free. The room had a fridge. Nice that they had an american-style electrical plug under the desk in the room. The room was spacious enough for even a third bed.
