Review 1：A few main stairs with no elevator or ramp, so if you carry a big heavy luggage you struggle a bit.
Review 2：Friendly staff, nice aesthetics in the room, everything very clean, appliances etc in excellent working order, next to the main square, rich breakfast. Excellent place.

Review 6：The location was perfect. It's far from the main bus terminal (athens-zakynthos), but it is very close from all the ferry docks and restaurants (within 5min walking). Staffs were nice.

I got a deal where even breakfast was included in the very low price of the room, and I found the breakfast among the best I've seen in cheap hotels. Certainly not a big buffet, but it included everything even for my rather restrictive diet. There was even Nespresso coffee. A big thumbs up!

Review 10：The carpet in the rooms and hallway is revolting. I wouldn't stay at Yria again because for one reason and that's because of the carpet. It's worn out, looks dirty and had a subtle stale smell. Well overdue for some new flooring yuck!!!!

Review 20：On the first night the air conditioner leaked the whole night inside and we couldn't sleep. The next morning the hotel moved us to another room and it was bigger as well so this was really great.

Wi-fi in my floor was not connecting due to external issues, but the manager offered me a free breakfast for this. Breaksfast is 5 euro and it was excellent. Location is very good, close to good restaurants and commerce.

Although not everybody have been speaking english well, the service was outstanding. Location is good, everything nearby but it keeps its nice atmosphere compare to the other busy centres and towns in Zakinthos. Even we traveled away for better beaching, if ever coming back to ZTH I would choose the same location and hotel again. For the price we paid it was like for free. Everything definitely met our expectation. Best recomendations!
Review 40：Great location. Walking distance to square with restaurants, bar, port. Had triple room ( for two people). Huge, spacious. Internet in room was perfect. Quiet sleep, friendly staff, always accommodating. Nespresso coffee machine at breakfast was awesome. Breakfast was only satisfactory but neatly presented and adequate. Wouldn't expect more for the price. Overall would definitely stay again.
Review 41：Beaches werent great - rocks in front of hotel so I walked about 10minutes away from the port passed the sailing club to a beach bar/ restaurant which had sun loungers - beach wasnt great but at least there was a bit of sand with easy step entrance to sea and sandy shallows - much better if you have kids - and drink waiter at the ready. there was also a local beach as well just before that seemed free, with some loungers . it was a bit grotty on the walk
Review 42：I had an end room which had 2 balconies and a small sofa area. Clean modern and nicely decorated room. Breakfast with fresh fruits and yogurt. Great staff, very friendly. Right near seafront, can swim off rocks in front of hotel, clear clean water even so close to major port. Easy walk to square and waterfront restaurants. Exceeded my expectation, I booked it as it was the cheapest option near the sea and it turned out lovely. Very good value.

Review 44：The owners where unbelievable friendly and the location was TOP; In one of the most beautiful streets of Zante Town, I was close to all I wanted to visit. Just 5 meters from the hotel I could also choose to book many amazing boat trips around the Island. The coffee and breakfast where very good. Also the room was very fresh due to the very good working airconditioning & above that the room was cleaned daily. Compared to other hotels in Greece, the internet connection was very good. I would visit this place again and advise it to everybody

Review 50：We are very demanding about coffee ( coming from Rome) and coffee is really out of question in Zakynthos. We were happy with the fact that the hotel had 2 Nespresso machines with various flavours freely available to guests during the breakfast. When we asked for coffee in the afternoon when we returned from the beach the owner offered us two Nespresso coffees but charged us 2€ each! We were happy over all except for the carpeting throughout the rooms and corridors which were not old but needed a proper professional cleaning!
Review 51：We are a gay couple from Rome ( British and Italian) and we went to Zante for a 4 days long weekend. We have chosen the island for its extreme beauty and "non-gay" scene. In fact we were right! it was beautiful and it was not gay (like Mykonos). We are a straight acting couple hence easily mix in main stream crowd in bars etc. We were very surprised with the gay friendly attire of the island ( in all the bards and lounges)! Particularly Hang Over (in the main square) is almost 70% gay clientele (all straight acting). Base (the opposite bar) was fantastic too. We visited them all 4 nights during our stay. At the check-in desk, the owner kindly asked us if we "really" wanted a double bed or if it were a mistake. We said that there were no mistakes. He was not "over the moon" that he had gay guests but he kept a professional attire and was quite friendly to us during our stay. He Was very informative and was there to help when needed. His son was very friendly and polite and so his wife and daughter at the breakfast bar. The hotel is a stone throw from the main square which is full of modern bars and lounges. The whole city of Zakynthos town is a fun place. We were quite happy with the room we had on the 3rd floor with a sea view ( well not a full view)… but still acceptable given the fact that we paid only 140 Euros for 4 days. The rooms was well kept and cleaned everyday and our bed was properly made. Toiletries were regularly checked and replaced so were towels. Air conditioning was perfectly working and there was hot water at all times. Breakfast was more than acceptable (compared to what we get in Italy!) We will certainly return and stay there.
