Review 2：Jackie the owner was really helpful. Even gave us a lift to the village as it was raining heavy. Breakfast great also. Nothing too much trouble

Review 10：Very Clean, Very comfortable nights sleep. Great hosts whom unfortunately where on there way back from holiday, but kept us informed via text what to expect. Lovely daughter who met us on arrival and directed us through the property giving us a very warm welcome. Met the hosts at breakfast the following morning and even though Jackie was hobbling on a crutch after a knee operation they looked after us very very well. would recommend.

Review 15：The Willows was really comfortable & in an ideal location, with great facilities. Mike & his wife were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a few too many sherbets in Yarm on the Saturday night & didn't make it down for breakfast which was a real shame, as the sausages etc were all locally sourced. A great place to stay :-) thank you!

Having the facility to do it your self or to have to ask expressly for it was not what I would expect. Would have preferred tea making facilities in our room, although could use kitchen.
