Review 1：the cold private pool unfortunately we were not able to use for that reason

Review 4：The property is absolutely stunning, many units with private pools overlooking the Caldera. Its a short drive to the tourist areas, yet you have an amazing view of Thira and across the bay from the hotel. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and accommodating.

Review 5：Poor staff communication, it was prohibited to enter with the car inside the hotel. I had elders with me and a baby. The food menu was limited. My villa was of 3 bedroom, but one bedroom was a sofá. Ridiculous!!

Review 7：Unfortunately because of the shape of some rooms that are into caves (that is anyhow vey distinctive of this place), there it is very humid and not comfortable to sleep. We told it to the reception manager and got an upgrade to a villa, where it was definitely better! The cleaning was not deep as it should be in a luxury structure. The F&B service as well, was not that accurate. I'd suggest this structure although it is a bit pricey for what you get.

Review 8：The hotel is located in one of the best location of the Island, the view is very beautiful, and you can enjoy the sunset over the private pool of your room/villa. Beautiful SPA, you can enjoy a body massage in the outdoor terrace at sunset!

Review 9：We had to bend down while we were upstairs in the bedroom. The ceilings are very low and causes a person with average height to hit his or her head if they stand up straight. We hit our heads several times while entering and leaving the bedroom. The wifi was terrible.

Review 18：The hotel experience was great ;we arrived early on Monday the hotel kindly offered welcome drink and complementary breakfast which was very much appreciated. We were greeted nicely and waited in a very convenient lounge room for a few hours until our room was ready. The staff of the hotel were very welcoming, helpful, polite and professional. The food at the breakfast every day was fresh and nice but I think a buffet would be a better option. House keeping needed to be improved considering the € 600 paid per night during our stay. The private pool is amazing and the best experienced in Greece. The terrace is very spacious however the room is not. It would be refreshing and nice if complementary water is offered on a daily basis. Also air-conditioning units in the room is not cold and the position needed to be re-allocated for better air circulation in the room this is needed in very humid hot nights. Dinner was always delicious as we were half board but we needed to pay for our water which was slightly expensive. Fira and oia was 30-40 minutes away and the transfer cost 20-30 euros per away very expensive. Spa is good but needed more options and facilities. We felt that we are in 5 stars resort but not worth 600€ a night considering all the points mentioned above. It is highly recommended to have small shop at the resort to buy essentials needed stuff as we are far away from any town. Room service is excellent and the key factor for the success of the resort is staff and location .

Review 27：It was the most beautiful view on the island,this hotel make you file so special,it was the perfect honeymoon destination,we was in oia just before but the ambassador was our favorite,the private pool is so beautiful and we eat two time at the restaurant,it was delicious keeping traditional greek food with a modern touch.breakfast can be serve on your private terrace and you have a large choice of food and delicious drink. We had a amazing massage at the spa who is located in a cave ,so romantic.will definitly go back there .

Review 36：We booked a suite but were given a normal room, when we complained we were upgraded to a villa which was nice but not as nice as the suite. the villa were noisy and the telephone wasn't working in it and for some reason they couldn't fix it. all hotel rooms have a breathtaking view, however you should note that it is far from Fira and Oia where the restaurants and shops are located (its 25 and 35 minute drive to each village). swimming pools are not heated.

Review 46：No fitness despite what is mentionned on the hotel website The access to the room (a very steppy tunnel) The poor quality of the breakfast (that you have to order the day before). No atmosphere at the hotel and nothing around except two tavernas. No privacy on the terrasse. Do not expect to live like Adam & Eve on your terrasse. A lot of noize before 8am every morning by the cleaning staff. Overall it is a hotel which does not deliver what you expect from a 5 star hotel and does not correspond to what they pretend to be on their website. Furthermore the hotel is far from everything and every taxi lift cost eur 20 minimum.

Review 48：Everything, the food, the location, the ambiance, the bed as if you were sleeping on a cloud so soft, and the staff were beautiful and amazing, they upgraded me to a private villa with two bedrooms, three toilets and two living rooms with a dining table and a private pool, I'm definitely going back there again.

Review 54：The price of a small bottle of sprite was E5.00. We felt that no way could you justify such a price, the wine, spirits etc were also very expensive. The Wifi simply didn't work in our villa, not good when you have a 15 year old teenager! It would have been good if the menu at the restaurant could have been varied of an evening, the daily specials were often the same on consecutive nights. The portions were also far too much. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, you order the night before but when you received it the following day it was often not what you had ordered.

We requested the most private room in the hotel prior to arrival & our request was met and were given the very last room that has a high wall on the side. Also, all of our special requests were arranged beautifully. The staff are extremely friendly & hospitable. The amazing Pepi from Reception suggested some wonderful places to visit. We went there & couldn't be more pleased with the suggestions. The food is oh so delicious, you can have your breakfast in your room near the pool facing the magical view and feeling the cool breeze in the morning. This was by far the best Hotel we've been to. If you want a relaxing, peaceful & calm place in Santorini, this is your place to stay in. You will never regret it. Thank you Ambassador Family for making our stay a time to remember.
