Review 2：Normally use hotels.I started to worry about access to apartment based on prior online comments and the fact that access codes arrived quite late although within the 48-24 hour timescales quoted.

Review 6：I was hoping to stay in one of the serviced apartments shown on the website but ended up in a semi-detached house in the town. It's possible I wasn't concentrating when I was booking but I'm pretty sure this house was not displayed on the site, so to end up there was a disappointment..

Review 50：well I payed online for the accomadation to which it was rented out then I booked another apartment in the same facility to which no one contacted me theres no staff on site the women chloe called for my payment then wasn't interested in taking any calls emails or txt I spent the whole day trying to contact her to no avail I went to the property to see if I could gain entry but like I said no one there to deal with the situation in hand very poor staff they should think about employing people who actually want a job

Review 55：If you like a good nights sleep i would avoid. We stayed in the ground floor. We asked for a quiet apartment and were kept up all night with people coming and going. So would hate to be in a noisy apartment.

The ventilation was not good so we had to keep the door open into the hallway all day long for it to dry out from showers. There were a few items missing (salad bowl, a vinyl cutting board for chicken and a fine mesh colander) in the kitchen that we bought and left at the apt. Luggage racks would have been great to have when unpacking and packing.

Review 77：The room was right next to a pub which was open till 2am so unless your on a night out you will get no sleep. I had my young son with me and it took a long time to settle him due to the noise.

Review 79：Accommodation was not in the location stated in the photograph. The "Luxury rooms" are situated in Danby Wynd in the centre of Yarm. Mobile numbers for assistance were not answered Emailed for assistance, no reply No Wifi, despite being confirmed on the booking. Phone reception was poor so unable to use phone hotspot to do some work either! No desk for working! Room next to a shop/business, aircon units outside the window were creating a noise all night & staff started work at 5am moving objects outside in a small passageway!! At best this was like B&B accommodation without the breakfast!! The use of "Apartments" in their business name/address is a misnomer as clearly also renting rooms in the area. Just be careful when making a booking that accommodation suits your needs. The Danby Wynd room I had would be OK for a leisure stay but even then I'd suggest book a B&B and certainly don't book the "luxury room" if you are in the area for business!!! Make sure you book an apartment!

Review 81：We had been offered a cottage in place of a 2 night stay which involved switching apartments for convenience...do not take this option. The "cottage" is not of the same standard and was shabby and grubby. We were moved back to the apartments which were much better.
