Review 1：I´d prefer room with the lake view for the next time because of noise from the quite rush street in the apartment

Review 2：Friendly receptionists, rich breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioning - what we appreciated in those hot days

Review 3：If you are a guest during the high season (july and august) and you plan to arrive in the evening, more or less no one will have time for you. I had to wait more than 20 minutes until someone came. Much longer I waited at the restaurant for the waiter to order for dinner. This time there was no fruit juice for breakfast.

Review 4：Nothing to complain about the hotel per se, but because of it's great location, sometimes at night groups of party people gather around the place and I'm not a fan of chatter and laugh in the middle of night.

Review 6：While it should be more apt for families with young children spending all time at the beach at no distance, it is a most pleasant excursion place for relaxing "matured" (an understatement in our case) couples for enjoying beautiful Indian summer. The breakfast offer is simply unbeatable!

Review 8：We didn´t like the staff who wasn´t really helpful. We waited long time for the receptionist to come to take us to our room and we had some minor problems with receptionist not wanting to issue us our invoice even though we paid immediately with cash.

The staff was very helpful: on the first night, we arrived to the hotel restaurant 10 minutes before the kitchen closed but could still get something pretty decent to eat.

As a lodge, offering a good combination of easy-going, friendly but at the same time stylish various dining possibilities, leasure/sports opportunities and the proximity of the Neusiedler See beach. Breakfast is excellent and the atmosphere in the cafe/restaurant on a sunny day is gorgeous. Also, breakfast opening time is convenient for late-starters (11 am).

Review 35：We truly liked our stay at Al Faro. The location is excellent as it islocated in the very heart of Podersdorf am See. They are able to providenot only accommodation but also restaurant, bar and some entertainment.One is able to have regular food such as pizza, pasta, meat but also icecream, drinks and so on.

Review 36：We were told we would be given a lake-view room, but no one mentionedthat the hotel has just one floor and most of the view is blocked bytrees anyhow, hence no sense in paying for a lake-view. The room wasmissing a fridge and overall needs improvement in the facilities area.The people on reception were friendly but the overall staff servicequality, meaning mainly the personnel in the restaurants, needs muchimproving in terms of quality of the service and speed of delivery.Breakfast was very poor as well.

Review 38：The hostess/owner of this hotel extremely nice woman! We arrived very late because of traffic jam and she was waiting for us till 11 p.m.! She is doing her business very good. Hotel have the best location in the place, nice cafe, good terrace. Rooms are good for 3-5 days stay (fridge, 2 toilet rooms, tea, etc.)
