Review 1：The toilets near the restaurant and pool were not kept clean. The children and their mothers were not not up to mark. I was disappointed and felt the deals with the French company had much to do with this. We went every day to Podgara and found that more to our taste..

Review 2：This was our ninth stay. Some staff greeted us like long established guests and some could'nt have cared less.WE still enjoyed our three week stay, but are seriously considering that our stay was marred.

Review 5：Although the quality and variety of the food was good, i like my food to be hot and felt that the hot dishes were not hot enough - more on the warmer side of hot. I think they should have microwaves available so customers can heat their food up if required. The swimming pool was a little dirty. Towards the end of the holiday they did give the pool a power clean but this was done at 5pm which was rather annoying!

Review 7：Entertainment was a bit hit and miss. The missus is vegetarian but a lot of the veggie dishes contained fish. My Booking.com confirmation showed i had booked a room suitable for 2 adults & 3 kids under age of 2 (triplets maybe?). The room had 2 doubles and 1 single bed. When i asked them to change my confirmation to show the room was suitable for my family they tried to tell me i needed to book a 2nd room.

Review 8：Great location with pebble beach just outside hotel gates. Ideal family room for family of 5 with flat screen tv in each. 1st time we have gone All inclusive so difficult to compare, but food was good and my sons (16,14 & 10) had a feast at each sitting. Omelette bar for breakfast was good. Only one local beer on offer, but tasted pretty good. Nice pool.

Review 16：You can't sit outside to eat and the restaurant feels a bit like school canteen. The windows all have long net curtains so you can't see outside. Food was a good standard though for a buffet.

Review 18：Play area in need of upgrade - some graffiti and broken wood on train etc Evening entertainment pretty poor, except the kids disco. Although the next door derelict hotel jadran is intriguing (housed refugees in the war and was looted after so never reopened) it really needs sorting out and I hope the plans for its renaissance get going soon. Good to have free wifi but many restrictions mean some games like minecraft won't play and it is always asking for the password again, which gets tiresome.

Review 19：Mini disco was great and 2 entertainers were really fun and friendly. Family annex is superb. TV in each room, balcony, fruit bowl, maid service excellent, shower decent and beds really comfortable. Food and drink all inclusive is a great deal, although some of the local spirits are a bit odd - cognac not whisky and the gin tastes weird. The neptun cocktail is really great! The pasta chef at dinner is fantastic - the carbonara he made was fabulous! There is a good selection of food - for example we had shark, hake, swordfish, catfish, flounder, trout, cod, scorpion fish and mackerel fish options in the week we were staying there. The setting is awesome with the mountain behind and clear sea in front and the two closest towns are pretty much unspoilt and beautiful. A nice mix of english, german, french, greek and croatians in the hotel too. Staff very friendly and speak english, french and german pretty well.

Review 20：Not a lot!! On one evening we had some people around the pool making a lot of noise beyond midnight which meant we had to close the window that night.

Review 21：Being all inclusive you had nothing to worry about! The meals were excellent and service brilliant. The hotel was absolutely spotless and the organisation superb.

Nice beach. Great and warm weather in mid October, warm sea for this time of the year. All inclusive stay was really affordable. Pleasant stuff. Highly recommended!

Staff at the restaurant - they seem from another era like 20years ago There is a very long line every morning for an omlett made; same in the evening for pastas... the cooks actually has 2 pans & one hot plate, but works only on one?! slowly aprox 5-10 min for 1 person - no rush I suppose he waits for pleople to be discouraged and leave... 2. there is no real entertainment for kids in a family hotel!? we arrived on a Friday after 3 p.m.; it was pouring rain outside, there was a small room with virtually no toys, just some crayons to draw... the girl in charge there did not even try to be nice; she was sitting at a table painting with some 6-10 year-old girls speaking Croatian so for 30min to 1h, she made no attempt to involve my 9 year old daughter in painting with the others, did not even say hello or ask us anything English at all?? So I stayed with my own kids playing with a ball or drawing on a piece of paper - at 4 p.m. she said "sorry I have to close now, I have fitness for adults"?! 3. No real choice of drinks, just bad sodas and local wine brandy rhum... 4. Expect less then 3 stars choice of food!! Same food for 1 week 5. We had a superior sea view room - but they are sooo small!!??

Review 28：1. Location 5m to the beach 2. The paved walkway along the beach shaded by pinetrees in the afternoon, tranquil in the morning, perfect at sunset!! 3. Review 33：We ate sausages at the afternoon snack and all 3 of us had food posioning. We were vomiting for 2 days and coudl not enjoy the all inclusive service, we couldn't even drink a beer. The hotel was crowded, swimming pool was small for so many people. If you don't have small kids it can be very annoying, the place looks like a kindergarden, too many kids around.

Review 35：Thanks to all inclusive option you are always sure that you will find meal your children like. Also very good program for children in the evening. Sea is right after the entrance of the hotel territory (50 meters from main building).

Review 40：Food started to repeat but still good and tasty. They could also offer local beer as all inclusive drinks. Evening entertainment by hotel staff at the pool area looked a bit strange but kids seem to love it. In the mornings the housekeeping wanted to start cleaning the room around 8am - they should think that it is a hotel for family vacation and people maybe want to sleep till 9am. But this with "-" is so minor - do not let this mislead you when choosing a hotel for your family vacation!

Review 41：Very kind personnel. Clean pool area with nice sunbeds and changeable towels. Good gym and tennis fields. Beautiful renovated room with excellent sea and mountains view. Beautiful sea area with long riva to walk. Attractions at the sea for kids with reasonable price. Parking - very good.

Review 42：Wifi didn't always work and logged you out very quickly. Missed having drinks served in a glass rather than plastic tumblers from the bar. The pool was overcrowded, with lots of children although this was during school summer holidays.

Review 43：Great location next to the beach. All inclusive food was great, with some Croatian dishes served too. The seaview room, was clean and bright with a side view on to the sea and resort. Good little gym and able to get beach towels for 10Eur deposit. Good facilities in neigbouring bluesun resorts and sports centre. Watersports available on the beach. Parking not always easy, but we managed to always have a space with help from rececption.

Review 48：No gluten free bread, for outdoor sport activities (tennis, table tennis,...) reservation is needed with 24hr notice, man handling it is extremely unpleasant and lazy (not part of the hotel). Exchange office at reception only opened in designated time frame.

Review 55：Everything!!! The staff is absolutely amazing, (everyone in the hotel). Everyone smiles, everyone is helpful. Like in a paradise. The hotel is after reconstruction and looks fantastic. Especially rooms are beautiful, luxury and cleanly. Everywhere is clean, during the whole day. There are still a lot of people during the whole day, who maintains the hotel and everything around clean. The food is varied and everyone can choose his favorite. The place is also fantastic, straight on the beach. Included is fitness, you can gratis lend a bike, play tennis......

I think as the hotel is so excellent I maybe expected more. Also no food for children but plenty of variety to choose from. My kids are a bit picky and lived off chips most of the week.

Mostly German holiday makers when we were there but despite my lack of the language everyone was relaxed and very friendly. We loved the location and cleanliness second to none!
