Schönblick Mountain Resort & Spa is 650 feet from the Hochalmbahn Cable Car and 800 feet from the centre of Rauris. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace with mountain views and offers free wired internet access.
The 10,000 m² Schönblick complex consists of 14 buildings connected by underground passageways. It features an outdoor pool, and a spa area with an indoor pool, a sauna, steam bath, and infrared cabin. There is also a laundry room and storage rooms for skis and bicycles. Skis can be rented directly on site.
The apartments are furnished in a modern Alpine style with wooden furniture and floors. They feature a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a flat-screen cable TV, and 1 or 2 bathrooms. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning.
Free outdoor parking is available on site, and garage parking is possible at a surcharge. A cross-country ski run and a stop of the free ski bus are right outside, and hiking and cycling trails start at the doorstep. A ski and bicycle rental is 650 feet away, and tennis courts are 1,650 feet away.

Review 1：The staff is not very friendly and polite. The first thing they told us after we paid for the deposit is to check if anything in the room is broken or out of order before we stay as they will charge us if they find something broken after we stay. I know it's our benefit to check things from their list, but isn't that their job to check if anything was broken after the latest guest left? I don't know but he sound a little intimidate at that time. Do not come here, if you want to travel to other places or even the city centre in Salzburg because it's impossible if you don't have a car. In fact, it's our fault that we did not do the research about the location of this place, but at least we expect for a taxi or a car to the train station that did not cost us 50euro/trip.

Review 3：Downsides: 1. No elevator in the unit, need to carry heavy luggage up and down stairs, no prior info about this to enable preparing. 2. Parent's room bed extremely small and short, mattress not comfortable. We had difficulty sleeping. 3. Living room sofa not comfortable for seating. 4. Staff wary not extremely warm / welcoming

Review 5：Hotel/ resort reciptions cheating customers, no cleanes service were we paid for it, swimming pool not working at any time only from 3pm to 10 pm, no wierless internet and the free wier internet is not working also the plug of wier internet is in the kitchen and i have all pictures for what i said

Review 7：there was some bugs in the beds that we couldnt sleep and my sisters were rushing there skins and it was horrible we were about to stay more and we left the hotel beacuse these bugs may travel with us and cause a disaster to us and we were not able to sleep at night beacuse thses bugs are feeding themselves from the blood and after i read about it i got so crazy and i left the hotel without giving me my money back

Review 9：The end cleaning fee is unreasonably high to compare to the overall price of the apartment. It is hidden as smallprint when you book, but in fact it costed more than the accommodation fee for the 2 nights.

Review 12：Details you need during the stay were in general so bad - knifes at the apt dont cut even tomato or bread, extremly noisy folding bed - each small movement woke up the kids, no coat hangers at the entrance not even close to the door so you come, 4 people had to be putting all ski jackets, pants, sweaters on the floor...hangers are "behind" the wardrobe at the room and beside of cooker... who will hang anything there... no one single hangers at the bathroom!!! Where are supposed to be the towels?

Review 17：Nice area. Fantastic for hiking and biking. Not too far from most West Salzburg-land attractions. The resort was well kept and clean. The Spa and pool were beautiful and relaxing, The Gym was also reach and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Two large supermarkets ("Billa" within a walking distance and the larger "Spar" about 2 minutes drive). Office staff was very helpful to guide you around and suggest activities. The Hochlam mountain deserves at least one or two visits...Overall we had a wonderful (off-season) vacation.

Review 18：Common areas are looking tired and need a refresh. TV was tiny and needs to be bigger in apartment for 6+ people. Expected to sweep and clean the apartment, yet pay a large cleaning fee! Pool was very crowded.

Review 19：Excellent size apartment and facilities were very good. Was a good location for exploring surrounding area, including proximity to Grossglockner Alpine road and Wefen ice cave, Herren Chiemsee, Schonau am Konigsee and other sights. We had an enjoyable stay.

Review 27：The staff is very helpful and friendly. The appartements are komfortable, the doors and the windows are well insulated. The sauna and the outdoor jacuzzi is very good. Around the resort have much hiking trails, and you can make big tours. On the top of the mountains you have beautiful views.
