Review 1：The hotel has very good location (shops, delis, restaurants, bus-stop), is open to beach in quiet place. The room was well furnished, with kichenette (fridge, sink, range, pots, dishes, tableware etc.). The service is very good, the owner is a nice and helpfull Lady.

Review 2：Very stiff beds. The pool outside is not in use. Looks quite rotten and is very dangerous for children!!

Review 3：Nice view to both sides of the sea. Just a step to the beach and good restsurants nextdoor. Big balcony. Huge apartment and huge bathroom. Internet worked properly.

Review 4：Perfect end of season break.we got one of the upper apartments.Gorgeous sea view.Extremely clean and spacious apartment.The owners (Nelly and Thanasis) did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated the beach towels !! Daily cleaning. Not far from the centre of Chania but ideally you need a car. However there is a super market, coffee shop, restaurants and a pharmacy in the same neighbourhood so not a problem if you want to stay at the beach all day long.The sea in front of the hotel is clean and the beach sandy. It was definitely a great choice and will come back again!!!

Review 5：Unfortunately there is an unfinished building next door, spoiling the approach to the beach by their unfinished swimming pool and rubbish left there. This was not the fault of Sea Breeze and once we were on the beach it was fine.

Review 6：Nelli and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was comfortable and clean. There were several good restaurants close by. The beach was great for snorkelling

Review 7：Some of the decor was dirty(curtains). Shower was small. sheets had holes in them but they were clean.

Review 8：Beautiful view and location was convenient to Chania and the national road. Overall a great location and place to stay. If you plan on exploring the island and not staying in the rooms this location is great good spot. If your looking for luxury all inclusive hotel search else where.

Review 10：Unfinished pool from property beside seabreeze right under our balcony, but out of owner's hands. Wifi was weak, but did the job. Otherwise all was great!

Review 16：Kitchenette too small. Not really for cooking a meal. Kettle has to stand on hot plate to work. Cutting board has to sit over sink. No room for draining rack. Very draughty around table & chairs outside north apartment door. TV is included, but programmes are 4x Greek channels only. Just the one BBC World Service channel requires a special satellite wiring connection arrangement with the owners.

Kitchenette, all accoutrements supplied (but see bad points). Air Con included. Works well. Easy local access to good reasonably priced restaurants. Good safe with key included. Review 21：We had a great stay in a nice and tidy room with a wonderful sea view and only a couple of steps to the beach with a bar and restaurant! Absolutely fantastic! The location is not bad at all with only a few minutes to Chania. You have buses, mini markets, bars and restaurants nearby. Very affordable apartments recommended for everyone looking for less expensive alternatives! Oh, also the WiFi is reachable while on the beach taking a sunbath! 8)

Review 41：The owners were very friendly and helpful. Nelli prepared a small surprise for my boyfriend as it was his bday. That was very sweet. The location is amazing. Right on the beach! The doors and windows are soundproofed. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Only a short ride with the car and you are right in the city center. We will definitely stay here again!!

Very goodlocation for young couples that are looking for quiet environment andeasy access to car hire and tourists information that is on the otherside of the road.

Review 44：I enjoyed my stay at Sea Breeze very much! Comfortable rooms with a small kitchen, just a few steps from a nice beach. (this beach is very suitable for children)It is close to the buses for Chania or to the other beaches. And nice to come back in the evening to sit on the quiet balcony viewing the sun set over the sea. But what I will remember most of all, is the kindlyness of the owner couple. They made my holyday special with their hospitality and caringness. I really whant to go back again...

Review 45：A very finely designed property, with great attention to details. This is one of our best finds in 15 years of travelling everywhere in Greece. The owners are a very special and caring couple, great conversationalists who look after every need. The units are spacious, great views, right on the beach, impeccably clean, and a few steps into town for shopping and restaurants. After staying a week this year, we cancelled other reservations in order to take few extra weeks here this year!

Review 46：spent 5 nights at Sea Breeze in Kalamaki, Crete, from the 24th of june until the 29th of june 2013. The owners are extremly nice and will help you with all the problems or requests that you might have. I had an aprtement at the top of the building with a large living room, large bedroom and two balconies. The rooms are clean, good beds, and they have nice curtains that will keep the rooms dark even after the sun is up. The living room also had a small kitchen with all the appliance that one might need. Outside there is a very nice view towards the beach, and only a 1 minute walk until you are in the ocean. This is a quiet area (as I like it) with restaurants and a place to shop groceries within a 1 minute walk.Still it is only about a 10 minute taxi ride into Chania or Platanias. I would highly recomend this place both for families and singel people that like a quiet vacation."
