Rich breakfast and dinner are served buffet style at the hotel restaurant, and there is also a possibility for lunch à la carte. The nearby Kaštelet Restaurant has a large terrace and occasional live music during summer.
Guests can also visit the Mimoza Pizzeria, Viola Pastry Shop and the Iris Cocktail Bar, all conveniently located by the promenade and the Slatina Beach. Review 1：Very small room looking at the next part of the resort buildings, need an update. Chief of the restaurant extremly rude when we asked to make 2 sendwiches for our trip, at breakfast. I still cannot believe it! Definitly overprised hotel with150 € per day in the post season and should not have 4 star ranking..

Review 3：I don't believe the hotel had any lounge chairs on the beach reserved for the hotel guests so you probably had to rent them out, which is a nuisance if you are not staying on the beach all day long. I did not like that there were empty tables in the restaurant during dinner and breakfast but you could not sit at some of them since they were assigned to some other hotel guests. It could be too restrictive and boring to sit at the same place during longer stay. We were there only for 1 night but overall we would have enjoyed staying there longer.

Review 4：The location was very nice. The hotel was very clean. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite in a villa on a higher level, which had a terrace and a beautiful view out to the sea. There was a foldable clothes drying rack, which was very useful. There were a lot of trees on the beach across from the hotel, which provided nice shade and made the beach look very lovely. The pool water was very clean and warm. We stayed only 1 night so that evening there was a band playing very nicely, welcoming quests before dinner, during dinner, and entertaining afterwards.

Review 5：On our first night the food was not up to the standard that we had experienced before and plates almost cold. Have to say that this was an isolated incident.

Review 7：The pool area was a bit small for the size of the hotel so vacant sunbeds were a bit hard to find. There were no hotel sunbeds on the beach so we had to pay on the beach.

Review 8：We have stayed at a number of Blue Sun resorts in the past and, generally, the food is mass produced and mostly inedible. Afrodita was far different. We had a half board package and the breakfast was one of the best that we have had in any hotel in Europe. Dinner was also very good. The location is very good with a very nice beach right at the back door and a promenade along the beach front with lots of cafes and shops to stroll past at night. The rooms are a good size, quiet, well air conditioned and can be nice and dark at night. The beds are large but a bit hard for our liking. The WiFi was fair although I have a pet hate of WiFi that needs to be logged in to every time you close down. Bar prices are about average for the area. Parking is free and there seems to be plenty of parking space.

Review 10：Really good place that has friendly staff, lovely pool and near the beach location! Free parking at the hotel. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and do not know how the rest of their food is.

Review 11：Too many people at the beach and near the pool... Sport center is located at the neighbouring hotel about 500 meters away (the same hotel chain) as well as fitness center (about 200 m)... Breakfast is too traditional with quite chemical juices :)

Review 12：Very helpful staff at the reception, caffee, restaurant, nice location of the hotel at the Makarska riviera - it's a really beautiful place to have a rest. Clean rooms with good conditioners. Good opportunities for sport activities. There are a number good restaurants at the walking distance. And our favorite was swimming at 6:30am, there are just a few people in the sea.

Review 13：- services at sport centrum should be paid separately: playing fotball, basket ball etc. Would maybe be a good idea, if there would be a "day fee" or something like that! - the season was almost over, thats why some of the services at the hotel vere not functioning any more - little minus for breakfast: there were not fresh juices, like "natural juice" or close to natural.. the only juice was from automat

Review 14：-location is excellent, sea is just few steps away... near restaurants (some of them were closed as season was over) - near city of Makarska: shops, restaurants etc. - good breakfast - nice swimming pool (but not so good with little kids: playing not allowed) - clean and roomy hotelroom, we had a great sea view =) - good service everywhere: at reception, restaurant etc.

Review 15：My girlfriend has strong pigeon phobia, She is runing crazy if it is nearer then 10 meters. I can understan her because i has lighter version of this as well , my panic star when pigeon is one meter or less from me. We was at this hotel last year, there was one or two pigeons here or there , but it is was bearable . This year there was herd of pigeons on main pool umbrela. Thay have multiplied. Staff does not care, gests consider it probably like nature and nobody does not care that pigeons use hotel swiming pool like their waterhole or some kind of lake. I consider it flying rats. I can not go there in the future. It is pity

Review 17：Excellent location. Professional and polite staff. High quality of service. Perfectly clean and comfortable rooms. Well maintained and clean facilities. Excellent food (variety and quality of preparation). Definitely this is a value for money option for summer holidays.

Review 18：We had two rooms, one room the air con didn't work properly and eventually we were given another room. Poor wi fi but this seemed to be general problem where ever we stayed in Croatia and travelling with older kids Wi Fi is a must even on vacation.

Review 29：The standard of the breakfast was very poor indeed. Always cold and fried eggs were prepared hours in advance. Jugs of juice always ran out and never refilled. Porridge was always cold as were the pancakes. We were allocated a standard room on arrival but we had booked and paid for a sea view room. Plenty of sunbeds stacked around the pool but not enough room to put them. Not always live entertainment every night but this was what we were led to expect. Out side walls in places looked really dirty and in need of a paint.

Review 31：The parking at the hotel. We had a hire car and we always found it hard to find a parking place; we were blocked in on once occasion. Although hotel asked you to display a pass to show that you were a guest it was noticeable that many of the cars there seem to have no connection with the hotel.

Review 32：A really professionally run hotel that goes out of its way to look after its guests. The rooms were clean, simple and the beds really comfortable. The food was good considering the numbers they catered for however the breakfasts were a tour de force. The choice on offer was amazing -something for everyone. Really well position and really close to the beach. For a hotel that was pretty much at the centre of things in Tucepi it was also surprisingly quiet. The whole family really enjoyed the stay and we hope to back.
