Review 1：more sun loungers & a bit of a good spruce to modernise a bit more!
Review 2：Great location & pool. Nice family atmosphere! Staff recognised that people were doing the classic towel reservation on the loungers by putting up a polite notice!

Review 5：This complex is very expensive like almost everything else on the island, but the offer is quite basic and modest. People there are somehow believing that their location and the unique colour of the sea are enough for the touristic approach and service. Really too many ants everywhere, completely true as described in previous comments.
Review 6：Very pleasant stay just over the sea in the beautiful pine trees surrounding! The atmosphere somehow like from the eighties, from the country not existing anymore. Big, spacious apartment, completely furnished and equipped, but in very out-of-date manner. Lumbarda village one of the most appealing on the island.

Review 9：.Nothing is very updated. The beds aren't comfortable, the tv fairly old, and basic kitchen equipment. But it did make cooking quite fun and rustic- just the essentials. I wished we got an apartment closer to the water, not so far up the back.

Review 11：Our apartment had no view of the sea and was very dark due to 2 large Olive trees in front which also prevented any sun from reaching our balcony. As we had booked for a week of relaxation we continually had to leave the apartment to enjoy the sun. Twin beds: the bedding did not fit the mattresses causing us to end up sleeping directly on the mattress until we were able to get bigger sheets. The property grounds were unkempt and one was not able to sit on the lounger (x1 provided) because of the long grass. Would only recommend if these things were improved on and if one was able to be advised of where actual apartment was located at the time of booking.
Review 12：This property has a large number of apartments in blocks of 10 which we were not aware of from the pictures; our was half way up the hill. Staff were friendly although did not volunteer advise on arrival of places to eat and explore etc unless asked. Location to the village and other restaurants was good, reasonable sized sandy beaches with cafe/bar easy 10-15 mins walk away.There is also a market which can be reached from the top of the property however we were not advised of this at the beginning. Large restaurant however we did not eat here choosing to eat at the smaller local family type eateries.
