Review 1：Sofia and her daughter are very kind and friendly hosts. The flat is beautifully furnished and perfectly equipped, and we felt so comfortably as if we were at home. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for the overnight but wished we could have relaxed a bit longer. Hope to be back again soon!

Review 5：We like spending summer holidays in Greece. Every year we try a new location and explore new part of Greece. This year we choosen to stay in Syvota. And the hotel we were so lucky to book appeared to be the best hotel from all we lived in in Greece so far. Big, clean and sunny rooms. New and very cool bathroom. A separate kitchen with dinning room and not just a corner with kitchenette. It is perfect. And I would definitely recommend this hotel to all. Location is very quiet. And best beach in Syvota is nearby.

Review 7：Spacious modern apartment with a wonderful roof terrace with views of the sea. The family is so hospitable and generous and made us very welcome.there's an excellent little beach down a path just opposite the apartment; it's about a twenty minute walk down to the harbour centre.

Review 9：The location is excellent very close to beaches and a pleasant 20 minute walk to the harbour, and about 5 minutes from shops. The apartment was well equipped with a large terrace with excellent views. Sofia and her daughter were delightful hosts we would return to find cherries or peaches or a cucumber in our kitchen and were given a dish of green beans from the garden and a dish of little fishes!

Review 11：-spacious apartment furnished simply but efficiently, comfortably, and with loving care -very convenient if you use Igoumenitsa for Corfu or Italy (less than 1/2 hour away) -located in a very pretty beach community with nice restaurants -very friendly family ownership
Review 12：We went out of season (October) but imagine could be busy in high season and only a small beach so would say a car is essential as its a beautiful coastline with lots of other beaches to choose from.

Review 17：Beautiful people: mama Sofia and her daughter Lambrini, very special and close friends to us, almost like a family! Lambrini speaks Serbian as well, which made our stay even more pleasant. Two-bedroom appartment is spacious with superior balcony, very clean and surrounded with lush vegetation. The bathroom is completely new and the wi-fi was excellent all the time! Very nice beaches are within walking distance and the whole area of Syvota is very nice.

Review 22：Excellent apartments in a beautiful village. Our apartment had a spacious terrace with sea view. I have not found a better terrace in north Greece at booking.com. Convenient and quiet location on the verge of village. Nice Zavia beach in a cosy green bay is few steps from here. Also a tourist trail to Vrachonas stone old village starts from here, although we were looking for it in the center of village :) Very friendly owners.
