Review 1：The food was great, the people working there were so nice! One of the best spa areas i ever visited! All in all - i don't understand how this hotel is only 3 stars!

Review 2：Mini golf tracks were not in best shape. Mattress not very comfortable. Walls/room doors not very sound-proof; rooms in tall building all close to elevator; vacuum cleaners and loud (elderly) neighbors from 6 a.m.

Review 6：From the time we checked in till we checked out, the service we got was above expectations and very accommodating to our requests. Wonderful and various breakfast, fabulous and well organized staff, comfortable and very very clean rooms with stunning view. I enjoyed every single moment with my boyfriend and hope to come back soon.

Review 9：Mass produced food was very ordinary. WiFi was weak, at best and mostly didn't work. No pool towels provided. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Our room doors leaked during heavy rain. The parking area was close by but the covered area had no covers so the car was very hot and covered in pine needles. The air conditioner was noisy and ineffective. The pool area was too small and number of sunbeds was inadequate.

Review 15：No bad experience but the price of the room includes all kinds of activities like if you are at summere camp. We were not interested in those activities, but we still had to pay for them.

Review 16：The breakfast buffet was excellent. The view from the balcony of our room was spectacular. The sea is a minute's walk away and the national park 3 minutes by car.

Review 18：I like everything,but hotel team the most.Especially receptionist Marina.Marina stepped extra mile,helping my sister who twisted her knee during our visit of Paklenica Park which is 15min walk from the hotel. Grocery store just 2min walk from the hotel.

Review 19：The walls are thin so you can hear noise from other rooms. Our neighbours banged on our wall to complain when we were just talking quietly at about 9pm! Also there is music playing out in the hallway until quite late.

The meals were average all-inclusive fare, there was always something we liked in there though. Staff were friendly and helpful. The spa facilities, outdoor pool and mini golf helped us unwind after a day of hiking in the mountains!

Review 21：Noisy tourist hotel... Loud music everywhere in the corridors for some reason? Every shower was heard in the middle of the night. After peaceful Paklenica NP, this hotel was not relaxing. I would recommend a family run hotel instead.

Review 28：Everything was just great. The food was various and lovely. The rooms were clean. The staff was excellent - especially Ana at the reception, she deserves a pay rise - that's for sure! So helpful, always smiling, nothing was a problem. The location is nice for people who want to see something and not only sit by the pool. There is a national park just outside the hotel. It's worth to see, the same as the Plitvicka Jezera park which is an 1.5h away from the hotel (both of the trips we organized ourselves, we didn't buy the tour office trips). We went in mid September so it was calm and quiet. There were live music band gigs a couple of times a week where you could dance, although there's not many activities like disco's for young people at this time of the year. There was 4 of us and we all strongly recommend this hotel! :-)

Review 31：Our room (902) appeared to be the only one that the balcony was not recently painted and had plaster missing from the walls. There was an old wasps nest in the top corner of the balcony which was not removed when mentioned to reception , who suggested it was a birds nest ! (why would it be when there were dozens of trees just yards away !). The beds can only be described as semi-coffins and not very comfortable. Be aware that being all inclusive means you have to use the outside bar which were staffed by scruffily dressed youths who felt that smoking a cig and playing on their phones was a priority over serving guests. In fact they seemed to have a sixth sense because whenever someone would make a move towards the bar , they would disappear for up to 15 mins at a time coming back to a large queue , some achievement when there were only about 40 guests in the entire hotel !

Review 32：The hotel is very close to the sea with lots of garden space . The public areas of the hotel are spotless and the restaurant staff are quite efficient. There was a decent selection of food for meals with at least 3 meat and 2 fish choices for all meals . No evening entertainment but it was out of season and we stayed there for a complete rest anyway

Review 33：Honestly, nothing. The only small detail, as with the majority of hotels, is that the noise levels in the bedrooms were relatively high. However, it did not disturb our rest too much.

Review 34：The staff were very friendly and the upkeep of the place was impeccable. We had the all-inclusive (drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner include), the food was buffet style and surprisingly good. Wine wasn't bad either. The pool area was very nice, not your 5 star luxury, but very beautiful nonetheless. Surrounded by sea and mountain, if you want to hike and swim in the sea, and visit the National Parks, you couldn't be better located and for exceptional value. Also the Spa was very nice.

Review 84：The food was not good! The pool was always crowded and we found out why the next morning as we saw people streaming into the hotels property from the other nearby hotels. We picked this hotel because they were the only one with a pool. Had I known I could have used the pool anyway, I would have paid less to stay somewhere else

Every employee we had contact with was very nice and helpful, especially Marina at the front desk and the gentleman running the little boutique. The only thing positive to say about the food was that they had fresh fruit and we liked that.

Review 86：The hotel was build in times of the USSR & was never changed. The room is clean but very poor designed, the TV is super small, the balkony was durty and very small. The elevator needs to be sand to the museum! The breakfast was not poor but everything was tasteless, they couldn't even prepare normal eggs! And a lot of old people from Germany. If you are a young couple you feel a little ..like a fish out of water..
