Review 1：We had to be out of bed early to eat breakfast. Maybe slightly later eating times would have been nice.
Review 2：The facilities were excellent and the proprietors were very friendly. We were made to feel at home. Warm and inviting as well as relaxing.

Review 11：The place was spotlessly clean and warm, the room was big enough for me to walk around it without hitting furniture with my shins and I had no problem with my dietary requirements at breakfast (I have an intolerance to animal fat.) The breakfast was generous and beautifully cooked.
Review 12：Personal taste of course, but we found the room was rather hot despite having the window open all night . We should have liked a choice of fruit juice at breakfast!

Review 14：Our room was tastefully decorated and the presentation was superb. Property is within easy walking distance to shops ,eateries and railway station. Easily the best B&B we stayed in on our six week holiday. Fast and frequent train service enables an easy day return trip to London. Stay a while and enjoy The Cotswolds and Stratford on Avon.

Review 52：- The B&B has some very specific, strict house rules that were not mentioned to us before we arrived. Honestly we felt like staying in a boarding school's dorm. - We were not allowed to eat hot food in the room, and was told that "any mess caused will be charged for". But despite this, there was no other area in house where we could eat. - No one told us beforehand that there was a dog in the property! (the dog was inside the house and came up to us). - Breakfast was only from 8 to 9 am, and not as good as some other reviews here say. - Shower cabin's floor was very slippery. - The room given to us was much smaller than the room advertised and pictured here (we booked and paid for deluxe double room but were given room of the size of the single room pictured here). The landlady did not mention this when we arrived. When we realised and told her this in the morning she gave us a £10 discount, but unfortunately that was too late. - Overall, for the money it was not a good value.

Breakfast was great, and served at a communal table. This was my first experience of this arrangement, and I found that it worked well. Fellow guests were chatting among one onother within minutes. The place was spotless, and the decor was a rather attractive style with oak panels and furniture. Congratulations to Michelle and Paul on an outstanding B&B!
