Review 1：Downside is the staff - Ana especially who should take a full-time training course in hospitality and customer orientation, and garage parking which is insufficient and a hassle to drive out of.
Review 2：It's an elegant hotel with good location just across the road from a nice beach. Rooms are pleasant and comfortable, breakfast is generous and enjoyable out on a lovely terrace. Tucepi is a small quiet strip of a resort, so if you are looking for liveliness and night life, this isn't your place. Great for a restful hassle-free short holiday though.
Review 3：Town city is a little bit far away and to be honest Tucepi was a bit too touristy in our taste. Hard to get relaxed on the beach with that much people

Review 5：I use Booking to book hotels many years and I like it very much, BUT this time there was a big difference between the description in the site and what we found in the hotel. In the site they say the room size is 30M BUT in fact it was around 15M. I ask for other room with 30M but they didn't have. The staff reaction and attitude was very poor and unprofessional and unreliable. We asked for a discount because of the small room which is not what we paid for but they refused very arrogantly. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Review 16：This hotel was much more then we expected. Staff was so helpful and friendly, breakfast was excellent, very clean and comfortable rooms, and a large terace was great. I would sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone with no hesitation.
