Review 1：The location was excellent. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful varied breakfast. Faultless stay. We loved the hotel. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Stunning views from bedroom. We will be back!

Review 6：The biggest problem is the wifi, it's not just poor it's impossible to use it!!! If you need wifi then this hotel it's not for you. The parking space is quite narrow and not enough for all the residents. There was off road parking near the hotel (early in September Was not as busy ) There are lots of stairs for most of the roomsif you have any problems accessing them ask the reception before booking . There is a lovely beach ( Galikos beach) in walking distance, 10 minutes far. There is no pool or beach next to the hotel, but we drove to most of the famous beaches. In less than 10minutes drive you can go to Ag. Paraskevi. The best beach around!

Review 16：Dislikes: 1. Too many stairs in order for someone to get to his/her room or the reception/breakfast hall. If you have any disability or handicap do not reserve. 2. The "free parking" may only host 10 to 15 cars. We stayed in the hotel in mid June so there was no problem with the parking seats, though I believe that during high season things will be hard. 3. Bad wi-fi in our room. 4. Soundproofing between the rooms is not very good. 5. Something that the hotel should absolutely take into consideration is the noise/music coming from a bar in the port. It was impossible for us to manage to sleep till 3 a.m. especially during the second night we stayed.

Hotel reception area & breakfast area v clean. Breakfast had enough variety for us - coffee, juice, cereal, omelette, cheese/spinach pie etc. Staff v friendly & helpful if we needed any info. Parking spaces for cars. Perfect week away & we loved Syvota & surrounding area! We will return!

Review 24：People smoking at the terrace breakfast tables (even though you're outside, it is still horrible to have smokers next to you whilst eating). No pool, so nowhere to relax in the sun, although there are tables and chairs outside each room. Bathroom smelled of foul drains (though this is a common problem in hot countries).

Review 26：Wouldn't have liked a room without a balcony. Some have a terrace walkway so not very private. Not the hotels fault but number of people who insist on chain smoking whilst eating. The hotel don't allow smoking in rooms so on one hand acknowledge it's unpleasantness. Why not have designated eating areas where non smokers can enjoy their food.

Review 32：me and my girlfriend stayed in the hotel for 2 days.The location of the hotel is perfect.The employees are helpful and kind and the breakfast was really delicious aswell.The hotel is also close to a diving center and some of the areamost beautiful beaches are located near the hotel(by car you will be there in like 5 minutes).I recommend it for someone who want to spend some nights in Syvota.I forgot to mentioned that the rooms are pretty cleaned aswell.

Review 33：- Dull breakfast - suited for a 40 euro city hotel maybe;- So-called parking is very tiny small, you get a place only if you are very very lucky; requires good driving skills; - The staff at the taverna looks very... unhappy... to say the least; - During our stay there were many albanians, behaving like the hotel was theirs. - Spoken languages are Greek and Italian only, NO English... Was not a problem for me, butothers may not like it. - I had problems to release credit card pre-auth by the hotel; At first they tried to deny, many phonecalls to hotel (in Italian only), my bank helped, hotel finally admited wrongdoing and solved, but beware!

There is a good selection of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and the hotel has a good restaurant right on the waterfront ideally positioned for watching the sun go down. Our room was smart, well-equipped and very clean. The whole hotel is very well kept and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We were traveling with a four month old baby and we were unsure if everything was going to be OK, but everything was made to our comfort. The parking is available within the hotel. Breakfast selection was fine. View from the terrace was beautiful, overlooking the port. This hotel and place is for every recommendation. We will sure return to visit again.
