Review 1：The wasps flocked around our food outside at breakfast time and it was difficult to dodge them whilst sipping coffee! I'm not sure what the hotel could have done, but there must have been a nest somewhere.

Review 2：The view and lay out of the outdoor space were exceptional. The pool idyllic and staff very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was adequate and we were surprised to have a cooked breakfast on offer.

Review 3：Air conditioning broke in mid August, no offer of compensation or a fan at the time to help with 30 degree nights. A little consideration wouldn't have gone a miss

Review 9：Many stairs - not well suited for people with walking-problems ! NB ! Do not order food in the a-la carte restaurant - we had to wait for 30 minutes before the waiter asked for our drink order, and the Food was even slower !!

Review 11：At the time of booking I asked them to reserve me a parking space and asked them for a queen size bed. At the time of check in there was no fresh towels in the bathroom, they delivered them by the end of the day. They give me a room with two single beds, they just put them together and in the night each one go separate ways. Parking was also kiling me, was looking for a parking garage for 30 min, so at the end I parked on the street.

Review 13：Poor wifi, unable to connect even from the ground floor. Breakfast was not match to the price level of the room. No lift. Hotel has great potential, but lack of attention to details gives it only medium score. You need a car to get by.

Review 15：The breakfast was a bit of a let down if I'm honest. The water/juice machine had black bits in it and the bacon and eggs were cold.. but it wouldn't put me off going again! Just may not opt for breakfast as plenty of local places to have breakfast.

Review 17：Service to terrace restaurant appalling, reserved table not prepared, waitress not trained properly and could not explain menue.Walked out after 1 hour as kitchen had failed to serve even starters. No manager available to sort things out. Hot breakfasts served stone cold, waitress said things would be better tomorrow ! Metal chippings in orange juice dispenser, waitress said they had cleaned the machine three times and they kept coming ! Management attention to detail totally lacking.

Review 19：Not all items at the breakfast buffet were cooled (sweaty salami), scrambler eggs were getting grey from being at the buffet too long. For dinner: portions too big (half would have been enough) and not that much flavour. Hotel not visible from the street.

You had to pay extra for air con in peak season which I feel was very bad considering the price of the hotel. No where else in Croatia did we have to do this. They also need more chairs around the pool, there are not enough for the number of guests staying there. No wifi in the rooms which I would expect given the price!

Review 25：We had to pay for a parking place, where a boat was lying...when we asked for another one the woman at the reception sheltered us loudly...the other parking place was so small that it was clear during our stay one time we will touch either a tree or another car...then we wanted the remote control of aircondition...and a hairdryer...everything is there but you have to pay for all extra...parking, aircondition and hairdryer...never get back there..

Review 26：No lift, we had 2 heavy suitcases to get to 3rd floor. Breakfast was poor and none of the food was covered. There were many flies on the food so consequently we ate elsewhere on one day. The health department in Australia would not accept this situation and would require food to be properly covered and adequately refrigerated. No wifi available in bedroom and limited only to immediate area around reception.

Review 27：Location to city of Lumbarda. Good view to Adriatic Sea .Pool area was pleasant and pool size was reasonable for a swim.

Review 28：No elevator and lots of stairs to get to your room if you are staying in the annex. No internet in the rooms. Rooms are very minimal and small. You have to rent a towel if you want to use one at the pool.

Review 29：If you are staying in Lumbarda the location is great- it's in the center of the small town and coffee shop / restaurants are right next door. The hotel is also walkable to vineyards and a grocery store. The outdoor common space is nice.

Review 30：I would have liked a double bed rather than twin. They need to sort out the streaming for their outdoor music. Very broken up and jolty. Silence would have been better. Especially as the seating was really quite tasteful.

Review 31：We had a great time here. It is in a small quiet village - most relaxing. The hotel was very good value and the pool was really nice. Breakfast was good and when we checked out at 5am in order to catch the 6am ferry (yes this is the only ferry to Split unless you travel on a Tuesday or Thursday, I wish we'd known this!) they provided us with a packed breakfast. There are several great restaurants within walking distance, and a vineyard.
