Review 1：Location is close to a main road.

Review 2：Thve perfect self catering accommodation in the Kaprun Zell am See area situated between the various ski resorts (Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn).

Review 3：The bathroom so bad , I toke the biggest apartment there was only one bathroom for big apartment. This is the only thing I didn't like .

Review 7：Not hygenic enough, not enough dust bins, they charged 70€ for cleaning but no one cleaned we ended up cleaning. There was garbage in the entrance for 4 days and no one bothered to clean. No toilet papers. No staff. No AC. Needs nets for the window for insects.

Review 9：The kitchenware was quite poor. No knives, pan and bottle opener made the cooking and eating a bit challenging. emails about pre-payments before arrival were confusing.

Review 13：Although it's mentioned the provider can debit my account with 30% of advance, they charged everything in advance. Also they're sending automatic emails offering email as a contact option, but they didn't respond to any of my email. So the billing is not very clear.

Review 14：Accomodation is very good. We had to contact the owner that we're a bit late (arriving almost at midnight) and he was very fine.

Review 15：kitchen had dishwasher but no sink which would have made cooking very difficult. Had an issue over cleanliness of bedding which was addressed on the evening we checked in and for which we received an apology for in the morning.

Review 16：the views from the window were good and although we don't have young children the facilities for them are good as was the bathroom.

Review 25：Only one toilet in a very large apartment with 3 bathrooms, supposedly designed for 6 - 12 people. Probably not suitable for groups larger than 6. Dim lighting is also an issue for group activities after nightfall.

Review 26：Very warm, spacious and comfortable accomodation with all the utilities provided, fully furbished (3 flat screen tvs) and equipped (dishwasher, pots and dishes); excellent for a skiing trip with a group of friends. Owner is very helpful and friendly.

Review 27：Haus Piesendorf is a very good place to stay in. It is not expensive but has everything you need during your ski holiday. Besides, it has a grate location, I mean not far from Europa Sportregion. And the Householders are very nice people/
