Review 1：The location was excellent and the staff incredibly friendly. Picked me up and dropped me off again at the airport no problem! Facilities were great - TV with loads of channels... Fruit basket on arrival nice touch
Review 2：They are close to the airport and they are willing to pick- up/ drop off if you ask which is nice. If by chance they're not able to pick you up or drop you off at the airport, you might need to walk. The walk can be tiresome with luggage especially if you're dragging the luggage through the snow. So ask if they can get you on both ends ahead of time.
Review 3：The apartment is clean and welcoming. I had to spend the night in Zagreb because of my flights and spending the night at LU&LA was the perfect way to start and end my trip!
Review 4：it'a close to the highway and if you want to spend the night while travellins is a perfect place. As well it is fifteen minutes from the city center by car.
Review 5：Best location in the fashion street. it is near the no 6. tram stop which can reach both the main bus station and the main train station. Munira is very helpful and kind. English is ok. The room is cozy, quiet and well-furnitured.

Review 11：Marina picked us up at the airport after we dropped off the car rental on Sunday. The apt had great access and no stairs from the driveway. Very clean, quiet, and 5 minute walk to stores and a cafe. She drove us to the airport at 4 am on Monday's departure. Very impressed with the apt and service!

Review 13：In the both room, the shower door may have to be checked for water leaking out during shower. Water jet in the shower was very strong and some water leaked thru the door seals not being closed properly. One has to push hard the doors to make sure water doesn't leak.
Review 14：The hospitality of Marina. My flight got delayed by an hour but she stayed at the airport waiting to receive me. The timely service to pick me up and to drop me off was appreciated.
Review 15：The place was extremely clean! Everyone was super friendly and nice :) the location is perfect when arriving late in Zagreb and wanting to get an early start the next day. Only a few minutes from the airport, but still very quiet. Lidl and kaufland are less than a minute away so you can directly fill up on food and everything you need!

Review 17：The lady was so very kind and welcoming, I really enjoyed staying here as it had a lovely family feeling, and travelling alone for the first time it was comforting for me to have such a welcome. The location was absolutely brilliant as well as its 15 minute walk to the airport! Perfect!
Review 18：We liked everything about this property! The owner was there to greet us, even though we arrived very late in the evening. Furnishing is modern and new. Internet is fast. Location is great, if you are zipping through/past Zagreb and need a place to get in and out fast. We'll highly recommend to our friends.
Review 19：The shower drain was slow. So we opened it up. It was full of hair. Also the sink faucets. We opened and cleaned out many mineral deposits. They should keep up on this.
Review 20：Great location, close to airport. Excellent on your way in or out of Zagreb.Quiet and close to market, pizzaria. We didn't have time to explore the town, with many parks and churches. We arrived late and we called ahead. They waited for us.

Review 27：I just needed a one night stay between flights. The apartment was perfect and the owner was so helpful and friendly. There was a kitchen too which was great so I could make tea & coffee and chill out watching TV and listening to music. I would definitely stay there again! The owner told me they had sent a shuttle for me but because I didn't check my email (I had no wifi at the airport) I didn't know. I thought it was such a lovely touch that they sent the shuttle!
Review 28：Arrived and were greeted immediately, shown straight to our apartment. I travelled with my sister and as soon as we walked in we were relieved to see that it was clean, spacious and more than enough facilities. Fresh fruit supplied, TV, comfy beds and the host even hand picked some fresh cherries for us. Such great value for money. The next day we were even taken to the airport at no extra cost, the couple who owned the properties honestly couldn't have been more helpful or polite.
